We developed a customized software solution for our online travel management system. The key deliverables included:

1. B2B platform featuring modules for flights, visas, hotels, Hajj, and related travel services.
2. B2C platform with integrated modules for flights, visas, hotels, car rentals, meet & greet services, cruises, and holiday packages.
3. API development for seamless distribution of flight and hotel inventory/content.
4. Complete branding solutions for Suma Group and Flight24. 
5. Mobile application development for both B2B and B2C platforms, covering all modules on Android and iOS.
6. UI/UX design and optimization for all digital platforms.
7. Integration with all three major Global Distribution Systems (GDS): Amadeus, Sabre, and Travelport.
8. Integration with NDC providers including Emirates, Qatar Airways, Oman Air, Singapore Airlines, and other leading airlines.
9. Ancillary service integration with Blue Ribbon and other service providers.
10. 24/7 dedicated technical and customer support team.

The project management process was well-structured and efficiently handled through an Agile development methodology, which allowed the software to adapt to our continuously evolving business and market requirements. The team demonstrated strong flexibility in accommodating changing needs and feature requests throughout the project lifecycle. 
Although there were occasional delays in delivery timelines due to external factors such as political unrest and third-party dependencies including GDS and NDC integrations, the overall responsiveness and commitment of the team remained highly positive. 
Whenever new features, customizations, or functional requirements were shared, the team either successfully implemented the solutions or conducted the necessary research and development to address the requirements effectively. Their proactive communication, problem-solving approach, and willingness to support our evolving needs contributed significantly to the project’s success.

They consistently responded on time and maintained clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Another key strength was their ability to deliver products within or very close to our expected timelines, despite the complexity of the project and external dependencies. The company also demonstrated strong technical expertise by working with the latest technologies and modern development practices. 
We were particularly impressed by their well-structured specialized teams, including dedicated departments for UI/UX design, frontend development, backend development, DevOps, and mobile app development. This specialization ensured quality execution across every stage of the project.
Most importantly, the team showed an excellent ability to understand our ideas, business goals, and overall vision for the project. Their collaborative approach and willingness to adapt to our evolving requirements made them a reliable long-term technology partner.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Codenco IT could have done differently?

Overall, we are satisfied with the quality of work and professionalism demonstrated throughout the project. However, there were occasional delays in certain deliverables due to external dependencies such as GDS/NDC integrations and unforeseen circumstances. Improving timeline predictability and proactive communication regarding such dependencies could further enhance the project management experience. 
Additionally, more detailed documentation and structured progress reporting during some development phases would have provided greater visibility into ongoing tasks and milestone tracking. That said, the team was always responsive, cooperative, and committed to resolving challenges whenever they arose.
