Codelibry are responsible for development work on our Wordpress/WooCommerce sites. This sometimes includes UX design.

Codelibry are knowledgeable about both WordPress and WooCommerce. They combine practicality with creativity. It’s been great thinking through complex feature requests with them and coming up with solutions that work. Really happy also when we’ve needed to not use our in house design team with their design and mockup work. Recommend.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Codelibry could have done differently?

We have a relatively complicated pipeline with different environments and Jira boards. We needed to tighten our QA process, and they were respoonsive to that.

I'm the director of Juno Creative, a creative agency offering branding, packaging, copywriting, and photography services to businesses of all sizes, with a focus on innovative and effective design solutions.

What challenge were you trying to address with Codelibry?

We needed help with difficult WordPress programming that wasn't achievable with any off-the-shelf plugins.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Codelibry has provided API integration, ACF development, Figma to WordPress, AJAX and search functionality, WooCommerce development, and various short-term tasks as part of maintenance for long-term periods. Regarding the API integration, Codelibry has integrated a custom API from searten.com that connects to a remote database of products.

We found them through an online search. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings, good value for cost, and company values aligned with ours.

We needed support to redesign existing client websites.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Codelibry helped us convert a website to WordPress. The site had hundreds of subpages and needed to be translated into multiple languages. The team also implemented a new language-switching function.

Codelibry’s work resulted in a smoother transition between languages and a more robust WordPress backend in terms of SEO.

Codelibry’s project management was very efficient. We had weekly meetings to discuss progress and used Slack to communicate.

I was impressed by Codelibry’s dedication to the project and clear understanding of what was required.
