What challenge were you trying to address with Codeft?

We needed support with Zoho CRM implementation and website development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Codeft is helping us with Zoho CRM implementation. The team is responsible for integrating our website and social media platforms with the CRM. They're also enabling customized options on the CRM, including a dashboard and columns to assess the quality of leads, a meeting scheduler and reminders, and a notes section.

We have more than five teammates from Codeft working on the project.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together 6 months ago, and the project is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Codeft has delivered the dashboard and customized options. The dashboard shows the lead source, lead status, campaign name, ad set name, and ad name. Thanks to these metrics, we've identified which source has good quality, and we're trying to scale it up. We've also focused more on the WhatsApp campaign rather than lead generation.

How did Codeft perform from a project management standpoint?

Codeft delivers on time and responds well to our needs. We communicate via email and WhatsApp.
