We needed a quick turnaround for this project with a focus on quality and precision.

Codeflash was highly responsive and demonstrated a keen eye for detail, both very important factors for us.

The project involved designing and developing an interactive survey for school children where they would associate words with colors. The survey consisted of 2 tiers depending on grade level and each tier had a different design. At the end of the survey the results were used to determine which word-color combination was most popular.

I worked with one team member who was in charge of development and delivery

The timeline was very tight, barely 5 days to complete the 2 tiers (12 screens in total). Codeflash was able to deliver on the dot and continued to offer support for a short while after delivery as well. The project was a success.

• 2nd phase: planning (preparation of the roadmap)
• 3rd phase: BE: GraphQL and GraphQL with state management (plugin which suits best with Gql)
• 4th phase: BE/FE: Implementation into the existing code (modification of the code taking into account the principles of good practices, bug-fixes, exception handling, permissions, unit & integration testing)
• 5th phase: FE: Completion of the development of the UI components of the application
• 6th phase: BE/FE: Programming the rest of the functionality) - cover all corner cases and global exception handling
• 7th phase: Testing and delivery

Project was completed within time and budget scope, with further additional modul developmnents.

We needed a competent outsourced company to create Design for our Project.

My employeur found them.

We created all the wireframes on Uxpin and listed out deliverables. Codeflash team created all the design on Figma with the support of our Lead Design and delivered on time.

The project is ongoing. Client was impressed with design.

Communication was done on MS teams. They are very reactive and have the perfect attitude that is in line with our company culture. Great follow-up and timeliness was impeccable.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

An improvement could have been: More attention to small details following Design Guidelines : Some inconsistencies in feature width/heigth, font, color throughout different screens, interactions. But deadline was express, so very happy of the result with the given time.

FB post on Node Js group. Based on requirements, references., flexibility and price.

We first had introduction call to discuss about the testing ticket. After verification of the code for testing ticket we start with 1st sprint. Tickets were assigned through jira. Team of Codeflesh successfully completed 3 sprints so far. On time and within estimated hours.

3-5 people depends on the complexity of the ticket. If required they also aquire other developer with required skill set to complete the task.

Project is in MVP stage at the moment.
