The scope of work included developing a cross-platform music streaming app in Flutter specifically geared towards providing royalty-free music to businesses. Alongside the app, an admin panel was created in Node.js and React to ensure efficient content and user management.

The tech team also took on the complete conception and design of the UX/UI design based on the requirements and insights from industry analysis. Despite budgetary constraints, innovative solutions were implemented to deliver a market-ready product (MVP).

The project achieved measurable results through the successful implementation of a cross-platform app in Flutter and an admin panel in Node.js and React. Additionally, a fully thought-out UX/UI design was created.

The project management was characterized by a clear structure and effective collaboration. All milestones were reached on schedule. Thanks to the agile working methods of the tech team, new features and changes could be implemented quickly, while bugs were always fixed with high priority. New requirements are currently being recorded in close coordination with the customer and integrated into development.

As physicians, our goal was to create a practical solution for overcoming language barriers in everyday medical practice with the Translatly app. The app enables the virtual integration of qualified medical interpreters, significantly improving patient care. CodeCooperation GmbH was entrusted to help us design and develop the app in collaboration with various clinics.

The measurable outcomes of the project include the successful launch of the Translatly app, which is now being actively used in multiple clinics. The app has significantly improved communication between medical staff and patients, reducing language barriers and enhancing patient satisfaction. Feedback from clinics highlights improved workflow efficiency and a noticeable reduction in miscommunication-related issues.

The project management was highly professional and well-structured. While there were some delays due to adjustments required to meet strict data privacy regulations, the team handled these challenges efficiently and adapted the features accordingly. Apart from this, all other aspects were delivered on time. They were highly responsive to our needs, ensuring constant communication and quick implementation of feedback.

CodeCooperation created a healthcare web application for us. Initially, we held several meetings to convey our requirements and from there they took the lead. After understanding our vision, they worked with an external designer in the design phase and created a low-fidelity wireframe, which was discussed with me. Multiple rounds of feedback ensured the design was refined until it was fully approved. I was involved throughout the entire process. 

They took over the entire planning, project management and software development, from requirements recording to software architecture to development in the front and backend. The team delivered a flexible solution suitable for our evolving business needs. The tools used included Figma for design and React.JS, Node.JS and Java for development.

The team met the original deadlines set for the project and provided us with valuable feedback during the exploration phase and advised us on necessary scope changes. The development team demonstrated proactive communication and regularly informed us about the project progress. 

The frequency of meetings was very high at the beginning of the project and then decreased in the middle of the project. Now, towards the end of the project, we have more frequent meetings. They were scheduled primarily based on the availability of both parties. A demonstration was scheduled every three weeks to show progress and I'm really happy with the team who delivered everything on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive thing about the team is the flexibility with which they respond to changes and that they inform me immediately when something changes. They are very reliable and communicative, and when it comes to prices, they offer unbeatable value for money.

At the beginning of the project, they didn't have a UX designer, so they hired an external designer. With an in-house UX designer, things might have gone faster in the beginning. However, you are currently working with internal designers on the project.
