Honest Dog include 24% organic growth due to SEO, exponential user retention, a smooth onboarding process with easy listings and search functionalities, integration into a social platform, and region-wise support with multi-language options for wider accessibility.

The scope of the project was constantly evolving, and Code Huddle accommodated them accordingly. Due to this, it was difficult to predict project deliverability, even with changing scope, the frequent and open communication allowed for a timely and within-project-budget deliverability.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They had open communication and flexibility to adapt to the style of working we preferred. Even working long hours some days to resolve critical issues and deliver on time.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Code Huddle could have done differently?

We were in a rush, so we pushed through a very short initial planning phase. Spending even an extra week scoping out the requirements would have led to a more efficient process. Code Huddle could have insisted harder not to let us shorten the planning process to the extent we did.

Code Huddle brought my idea to life with their extremely talented team of developers and designers. From app design to the front and backend development. The team covered it all flawlessly. They also handled the distribution of the app on both the App and Play Store effectively.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We set key milestone dates in which specific goals of the apps development must have been met. Code Huddle delivered in a timely manner and executed on each of these milestone faultlessly. The set objective for the project was to have a functioning MVP by the deadline date. There's not doubt that this outcome was successful with the final product being more than satisfactory.

The team at Code Huddle made the entire process effortless with their excellent communication, both written and oral. They handled any demands I had flawlessly and if a demand was not possible, they were always transparent about this which was really refreshing to work with. The teams time and project management, communication, adaptability really made for an enjoyable collaboration, one which I would recommend to any other SME out there.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The interpersonal skills from all the staff at Code Huddle was so impressive. Each team member I had the pleasure of working with was always very respectful, polite and friendly. Additionally, the diverse skill sets and expertise within the team meant that any demands I had, could be achieved in-house which was really great.  

Are there any areas for improvement or something Code Huddle could have done differently?

I can't fault Code Huddle in any areas. The team was amazing.
