BACKGROUND

I’m the executive assistant at Amr Mostafa Clinic. I manage everything in the chiropractic clinic.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Code 95?

We needed help with the development and design of our website, so we hired Code 95.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Code 95 did everything related to our website. They did the development and design on WordPress and provided all the services from an infrastructure and maintenance perspective. The team also helped us migrate the site to the cloud with security protocols in place. We’re located in Canada so we have a different system for booking, but they were also able to link to that on the website.

What is the team composition?

I worked with two developers from the Code 95 team.

How did you come to work with Code 95?

They were recommended to us by people who lived in Egypt.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent about $500 CAD (approximately $390 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them towards the end of December 2020, and it took about two weeks to complete the whole website development.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It was a very successful engagement. We were very comfortable working with Code 95, and we found that they gave us what was best for us.

How did Code 95 perform from a project management standpoint?

It was really good. We’re very happy and satisfied. They met all the deadlines and were on time with everything. We communicated online and did screen-sharing. They were very responsive to our questions and offered multiple solutions and designs. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Code 95 had very good initiative and offered us options we hadn’t even thought about. The team was responsible, efficient, and punctual and provided very creative solutions.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We only knew of them through recommendations so they may want to look into advertising themselves more. This way, more people would know about them and their services.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I would highly recommend Code 95 because they’re very hardworking and dedicated to their customers. Besides being cost-effective, they offer a lot of creative ideas and are very good in terms of communication.
