What challenge were you trying to address with Clubnet Solutions?

I’m starting my company from ground zero, so I needed help with launching it.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Clubnet has provided consulting services to help me start my business. They’ve been extremely helpful in terms of keeping me focused on building the business plan, leveraging resources for the design, and introducing me to the right people. They’ve also helped me with the financial part of the business and what I should look for in terms of investment. 

What is the team composition?

I work with Iliana (President) and one other resource, a development lead. 

How did you come to work with Clubnet Solutions?

I’d worked with Iliana previously from a coaching perspective, and I knew people who’d used her for consulting services, so I decided to partner with her again.

How much have you invested with them?

The cost has been under $5,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since March 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I’m very happy with the deliverables Clubnet has produced thus far. I have a business background, but there’s no way I would’ve been able to do what was done in terms of the different financial models. They helped me avoid mistakes I would’ve made. I feel like I made the right choice partnering with Clubnet.

How did Clubnet Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

We have regularly scheduled meetings as well as needed ones. We stay in touch through Zoom and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Clubnet has lined me up with all the right resources to keep me on track, move forward, and grow my business.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything. It’s been a really good experience so far. Clubnet has been able to help me do so many things so far. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Just be honest about where you’re at and where you want to go. Also, be open to feedback from Clubnet.
