Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Cloud++ supported us during the entire development process from design and development to implementation. Replacing the existing platform with a new platform which is a robust foundation to enable future growth. Providing us with a global scope (in terms of languages and market) to introduce user roles, automate analysis and visualizations. During development we anticipated on complexity we encountered which had an impact on the initial scope.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The most significant outcome is that we can now build a research study in only 12-14% of the time it used to take us on the old platform. This is the most important step for us in terms of efficiency.

Primarily agile, using sprint cycles and user stories. As is typical in such processes, we continually learn and improve our planning with each sprint.

What I find particularly impressive is how Cloud++ believes in our concept and how they help us further develop it.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Cloud++ B.V. could have done differently?

Not at this moment in time, however as with every new cooperation you start, we needed some time to align on communication processes and working pace taking in mind the time difference with Brazil.

• Iterate MVP into V1 of commercial ready product
• Integrate marketing and sales stack such as HubSpot, Userpilot, Younium and Mixpanel 
• Build an internal admin app to manage users

• app launched within budget and agreed upon timeline 
• never missed one daily stand-up 
• 3.000 users attracted to the app (the objective was 1.000)

Cloud++ has very solid project management. In fact, they had to teach us the rhythm of having a daily standup, weekly meetings and monthly pulse checks. The primary communication method was Slack (asynchronous and very fast response), and the meetings were managed via Zoom. At some points, they added more senior team members to the team to tackle bigger issues.

Very smooth communication, direct access to engineers, product owners and project managers.
