Clickwebb was responsible for designing, developing, and deploying the entire Skilltailor SaaS platform from the ground up, tailored to the needs of Rusta & Matcha providers. Key deliverables included: 

• Core Platform Development – A secure, multi-tenant SaaS application with role-based access for coaches, administrators, and participants.
• Participant Management – Individual dashboards, development plans (IUP), scheduling, meeting logs, document storage, and AF-compliant reporting.
• Presence and Absence – Automated attendance with QR-code check-in, absence reporting, and Arbetsförmedlingen-ready statistics.
• Job Matching (Matchpoint™) – AI-driven job recommendations and tracking of participant engagement with suggested opportunities.
• Communication – Integrated messaging with group chats, channels, and participant–coach messaging.
• Resource Planning & Analysis – Tools for team capacity planning, workload visualization, and real-time business intelligence dashboards.
• Employer & Assignment Management – Features to manage employers, job postings, participant placements, and contracts tied to AF assignments.
• Ongoing Development & Support – Continuous delivery of new features, optimization, and technical support to ensure scalability and compliance.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Reduced admin time – Coaches save several hours per week thanks to automated AF reporting, digital attendance, and document handling.
• Higher participant engagement – Over 70% of participants actively use their portal for scheduling, documents, and job matching.
• Faster job placements – The Matchpoint™ engine increased the speed of relevant job matches and improved placement tracking.
• Improved compliance – 100% of required Arbetsförmedlingen reports (start, follow-up, end reports) can now be generated in seconds, reducing compliance risks.
• Scalability – The platform successfully onboarded multiple ROM providers and hundreds of participants within the first rollout phase.

Overall, we’re very satisfied — the only area for improvement would be even faster turnaround on a few feature requests during development.

Since the website was recently delivered, it's a bit early for comprehensive metrics. However, initial outcomes indicate a promising start. The site's launch was seamless, with no reported downtime or technical issues, demonstrating Clickwebb's technical proficiency and thorough testing.

Preliminary feedback from our stakeholders has been overwhelmingly positive, noting the site's professional design and ease of navigation. Early analytics show an uptick in visitor engagement, with lower bounce rates and longer session durations compared to our previous site. These early indicators suggest that the new website is poised to significantly improve our online presence and user experience.

Streamlining this phase to gather more detailed requirements and preferences at the outset might help in aligning expectations even more closely from the beginning. 

Additionally, while their technical support post-launch is commendable, offering more in-depth training sessions for our team on managing the website's backend efficiently could empower us to handle minor updates and maintenance tasks more confidently. These enhancements could elevate the overall client experience even further.
