OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire ClickK, and what were your goals?

Our website was outdates and wasn't attracting any traffic. We even felt ashamed to direct people to our website. We hired ClikK and they developed a WordPress site for us. We have been amazed by how many volunteers and donations we have gotten. We even have a waiting list of volunteers. The challenge was to drive traffic, get volunteers, donations and inform people of our mission.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected this vendor after searching in our area among a number of web developers. The services offered, response time and price was incomparable. The professionalism on all communications with them was very high.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

Once we accepted the estimate and were ready to start, we had a kick-off meeting to discuss our goals and objectives. From there, we had a working site in parallel with our old website where we were doing all the edits. We had several iterations and after a month and a half it was ready to go live. The iterations were always on point and we got excellent suggestions on how to make it more attractive and workable. Our old website was in Squarespace and the new one is in WordPress.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked directly with the founder and developer so it made the communication extremely effective.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After we launched our website, we saw a significant increase in traffic, donations and volunteers. Traffic has nearly doubled and volunteers wanting to contribute to our organization likewise. We have always needed volunteers and now there is a waiting list.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

It has been a real pleasure to work with ClickK. ClickK has a "Can do" attitude and the response time for small changes was less than 24 hours. ClickK uses a shared Excel spreadsheet where all the changes were recorded. This was very useful and kept us on track.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their technical expertise in web development, understanding of our organization, speed, and reasonable cost are great.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

None that I can think of.
