We had an idea for a start-up and needed someone to help us structure and assess the idea. Tatyana gave us a framework to model and evaluate the business and supported us in gathering the data we needed to input. She brainstormed with us to identify our target client base, size the market and revenue potential and determine our MVP.

Tatyana 's delivery was flexible and effective. We had regular video calls and she also came to Frankfurt for critical meetings. She adapted to our timeline and her feedback and input were timely and high-quality.

Tatyana was able to cut through all the noise and distill the essence of our business idea into a mission statement. This was of utmost help to us as we had a lot of ideas, but were not getting traction. Her expertise enabled us to achieve clarity and action, just as she promised.

The collaboration was very effective; we were able to refine our goals and priorities, gain valuable insights into investors and their strategies, and learn how to select the right ones and communicate with them effectively.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Although we have not yet close an investment round, following the Clarity for Action project we significantly increased our traction and attracted investor interest. While we did not reach agreement on the details, the willingness to invest was clearly demonstrated.

We gained valuable clarity on how to approach investors and define business model options. Additionally, we received excellent support in preparing our proposal for the Horizon Europe EIC Accelerator funding scheme.

Clarity for Action stood out for its exceptionally detailed and thoughtful communication. Timelines are generally adhered to as agreed, and when deviations occur, they are always well justified, clearly explained, and rearranged with mutual agreement. My ongoing experience with Clarity for Action has shown me the real value of having an advisor who gets deep into the details of our business and challenges. Tatyana combines seriousness with a practical focus: she quickly identifies what truly matters, helps us set clear priorities, and makes complex situations manageable. What stands out is her ability to translate strategic ideas into concrete next steps, which has been vital both for the company's progress and for my own growth as a leader. In every interaction, she brings a genuine commitment to quality and to achieving the best possible outcome for us.

First, Tatyana demonstrates remarkable adaptability and attention to detail. It is always impressive how she grasps the essence - the most important thread - even when dealing with technical aspects beyond her direct expertise. Second, she consistently seeks full mutual clarity and understanding, ensuring that nothing is left ambiguous or unspoken. Third, her supportive attitude extends well beyond the formal scope of any service agreement. Tatyana dedicates her resources and knowledge to your progress, whether through personal coaching, connecting you with her network, suggesting events, or providing reading materials and similar guidance. It genuinely feels that she is invested in your success, not just in fulfilling contractual obligations. Last but certainly not least, she maintains exceptionally high standards and shows deep respect for everyone she works with.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Clarity for Action could have done differently?

During our collaboration, we explored three options: a service-specific agreement, consultancy on an hourly rate, and a subscription model. While the service agreement worked as expected, the consultancy options could benefit from more flexible intermediate arrangements, for example, a lower subscription rate during months with minimal hours.
