Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the founder and president of a startup that is totally different from anything else that’s out there. It’s a combination of various video, social, and travel websites. I’m adding advertisements as well, which will pay dividends that users can use to travel.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Claiga is developing our website, and then they’ll do our app. They’re currently working on an integration with Travelport, which is the global distribution system for the website. 

How did you come to work with Claiga?

I found them through another company. One of their employees started Claiga, and I got a call from him.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $11,000 so far. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them about. The website should be up and running by the end of December 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

So far, they’re doing really well, and I’m really impressed. I’m very happy with their work. I can see what’s going on through a test website. To see how Claiga is performing, we look at quality and graphics. They seem to get everything right — when I click on something that’s supposed to be there, it’s there.

I’m in complete communication with Travelport, whose API we use as a global distribution system. They’re happy with Claiga, too.

How did Claiga perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re right on top of it; in fact, they’re doing better than what they said they would in terms of deadlines, so I’m very happy. We have a deadline for the end of December, but with the amount of progress that they’ve made, we’ll probably finish before the deadline. We communicate by phone every morning. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

The only things that I got from my last providers were a lot of talk and promises. Claiga is actually giving me what I want and then discussing it with me.  They’re the best on security, and that’s my main focus because I’m dealing with a lot of money. 

The previous company that I was dealing with handled security so poorly that it was breached. Some bad things happened because of it. However, Claiga is just unbelievable with the amount of information they know about security. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. They’re doing really well.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If you want your product done right, go with Claiga. I’m totally impressed. The codes are good, and the security is the greatest. I’ve never met anybody who knows security like this.

Please describe your company and your position there.

My company is small company located in the state of Kerala in India. We are architecture consultants who evaluate and scrutinize the properties of the area where a small or medium sized house needs to be constructed by using the ancient technology of Indian Traditional Architecture. I am the founder of the team HabitArch.

For what projects/services did your company hire Claiga?

In our company, we are using complex mathematical equations of Indian Traditional Architecture to analyze our client's property for constructing a house. Sometimes the property evaluation will take days to get completed and we were struggling so hard to meet the deadlines to complete the drawings of our client's houses.

Hence, we decided to digitalize the equations in the form of a small mobile application that can be shared among my team members so that we can easily get the results by entering the Length and Width of the property where the house is supposed to be constructed.

We hired Claiga to help our evaluation technique to be digitalized into a portable solution (Which is a mobile application).

What were your goals for this project?

At HabitArch, we wanted to simplify our evaluation processed and for that, we had to eliminate the effort of manual calculation for getting into our Analysis results. Our goals were:

1. Digitalize our analysis equations
2. Do the analysis of the property of our client with the help of a Mobile Application which helps us to provide the report to our client right In front of him.

SOLUTION

How did you select Claiga?

We wanted a low budget solution to resolve our problem. According to our internal discussion, we decided to go with a startup company (Claiga) which was mentioned by one of my colleagues who knows Unnikrishnan (CEO of Claiga) personally. We communicated directly and discussed the project with Unnikrishnan. That's how we selected Claiga.

Describe the project in detail.

EcoBuild is the name of our project. EcoBuild is an Android Mobile Application, which we use internally in our office to do analyze the building construction requirement of our clients. In the EcoBuild Application, we just have to enter the length and breadth of the property of our client.

The Application will calculate the measurement of our client's property and prints an analysis report which contains the possible measurements which can be used to construct a build in the proposed site of our client. If the measurement selected is not suitable for the site, then the application will warn us to modify the measurement.

We are able to display the result and convince the clients easily and thereby the application has helped us a lot in the betterment of the business.

What was the team composition?

My first point of contact was Unnikrishnan and he managed the project from the beginning to end. I had to communicate directly with him and explain the equations we use here for calculations. Initially, it was a bit hard for the team to get hold of the equations.

But finally, they cracked the equations and made it happen. The current application is not using any servers. So there was only a developer who develops mobile app was there on the team. We had to communicate with a lady during the testing phase of the application.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The development of our app was completed in 1 month. The application is not launched for public use because this is our business secret. We just started using the application. We have started getting good business because we are the only firm in the area that delivers the digitalized service in the area.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The team was really attentive to our requirements. We used Gmail and WhatsApp for communication. The project completion was informed to be completed in 2 months. But the team was able to complete the entire application earlier than we expected. We were really impressed with the design of the application and the overall performance of the project team as well as the product is really awesome.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The team was patient enough to listen to us and they were dedicated to making our application idea, a great success. The most impressive fact about the company is the way how they handle the client. The company is very much cautious when they deal with the client and to them, the client is the King.

Before we decide to create a mobile application, we thought of converting the entire equations into Excel spreadsheets and we even approached a small agency. But the excel sheet was showing errors at some measurements and we had to stop using the sheet. But the application created by Claiga showing the most accurate result which we ever had.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Hire more team members who are more talented and sincere towards the work. Consider this as a suggestion for Claiga because they have the potential to grow bigger.
