ited Co. developed and managed our AI visibility strategy to improve how our business was understood and recommended by AI platforms including ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. Their work included an AI visibility audit, content optimization, structured data implementation, AI-focused SEO, entity optimization, and ongoing reporting to improve our visibility across AI search platforms. Communication was primarily handled through virtual meetings and email, with clear recommendations and regular progress updates.

Since implementing Cited Co.'s strategy, we've seen a noticeable increase in qualified inquiries and have been able to identify new opportunities originating directly from AI-generated recommendations. The leads coming through AI platforms have been highly relevant, with prospective clients arriving better informed about our services, resulting in more productive conversations. Lauren Lerner and Cited Co managed our AI visibility strategy, focused on getting our business cited and recommended by AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude when potential customers ask questions in our category.

Key Deliverables:

• AI visibility audit across four platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude), establishing a baseline for how often and how accurately our business was being referenced
• Monthly scans tracking our AI citation rate, with written reports summarizing what changed and why
• Optimized web content and structured data to improve how AI models understand and describe our business
• FAQ schema and entity signals added to key pages so AI tools could pull accurate, branded information about us Internal linking structure and content updates designed to reinforce our authority on relevant search topics
• Optimized blog posts and google business profile updates.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The results were specific and trackable from the start. Cited Co ran a baseline AI visibility scan before any work began.

• Living with Lolo scored 22/100 overall across four platforms.
• Claude's mention rate was just 17%. By month three, overall visibility reached 71/100, a 25-point increase from the April 2026 baseline.
• Claude jumped from 17% to 75%. Gemini hit 75%. Perplexity reached 67%.
• Living with Lolo now holds first-place positioning on 23 of 48 tracked queries, and when it appears in an AI answer, it is almost always named first.
• Beyond rankings, the business has traced 25 verified client inquiries directly to AI platforms.
• All of that came in at $0 in ad spend. Entirely organic.
• The monthly reporting made every step of the progress visible. We always knew where we stood, what changed, and why.
