What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Terrible service and customer support. They promised everything and delivered nothing. Was promised such great service, great copiers, great IT support and clear billing. None of that was delivered. Was stuck in a contract I couldn't wait to end.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Terrible management, response times that took weeks or no response at all. The copier service team seemed absolutely incompetent and very rude and unprofessional. The sales team pitched everything they could just to get the deal and the owners promised the world. Everything was a lie.
