I’m the owner of a Energy Healing studio. We offer a non-judgemental safe space that allows clients the opportunity to open-up and decompress while promoting the body’s own healing ability

The creation of a website , online booking and e-commerce service .

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I wanted a smaller company that would offer several design options, personable, and patient. After interviews, it was clear Ciitrus Digital fit the bill.

We had several meetings to narrow the direction i wanted. He provided me several options for webpage layout and created an online booking system .

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since launching I’ve been able to service clients online in different countries. Clients have comment on the ease of using my site and the con or me of booking and paying through website

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We met every other day for first two weeks . Delays were on my part and getting him the required descriptions . Although I was in business since 2016 I did not have an online presence and the site was littering created from scratch .

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their ongoing support and patience in answering questions, though the project was done.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I have no complaints. Frank took his time and made me feel like a valued client . I will continue to use his services in the future
