I'm the owner of a marketing agency that helps SMEs with a range of services from consultancy through to implementing marketing strategies.

We had a website built on Umbraco that had become outdated. The website had to be converted, upgraded and re-launched with new technology. Ciesto was responsible for the design, relaunch and SEO.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

It was clear Ciesto had the skills and ability from the first conversation. Other potential partners we spoke to were focussed on delivering the project very quickly, but couldn't conceptualise how the project could potentially be difficult to manage.

The team at Ciesto produced a design plan of how and when sections would be completed. These deliverables were given time slots for completion. The existing website would be downloaded and custom tools would export the data and key information. Then the next website would be designed and launched. The branding, content, marketing literature and SEO mapping were all on point. The trickiest part was a complex calculator which the team built, tested and ensured integrated with our software.

2 - project manager and developer. There will have been more, but I spoke directly with two people.

The website was delivered on time and within budget.

Ciesto were always available on email and telephone. Even better was being able to speak and video call the project manager on Whatsapp.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Customer service - the project was edited by our team multiple times and the flexibility from Ciesto was greatly appreciated. They wanted the project to be a success as much as we did.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, they exceeded all my expectations.

Their timely delivery was impressive. Software workflow video provision is best feature of Ciesto Solutions. It gives clear idea of developed software and saves a lot of time.
