Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

It was like pulling teeth to get everything that was scoped completed and we also paid an addendum to get it completed because he said he had exhausted the hours he had estimated. Was supposed to be completed around March/April, but in September/October we were still chasing down deliverables and ironing out glitches from sloppy work.

Project management was non-existent and he would completely ghost us at times -- weeks or a month at a time. He pretends to have a team, but it's just him. I have never experienced such abysmal client service.

Never be self-employed -- should always have an employer to keep you accountable because the discipline to deliver on SOW and timelines just isn't there. Also could have let us know what the impact and implications of whatever direction we were going in - let us know what it meant for us when we were presented with options or decisions to make along the way.
