We started small, with consultations, an MVP version, and basic product functionality. The main tech stack included PHP, Laravel, and Vue.js. The CHI Software team has developed an insurance web portal that manages B2B and B2C processes within our company.

The solution provides a platform to organize and track interactions with clients and partners, both current and potential. The web platform includes a list of necessary functions and paperless workflow instruments. Since we were looking for a unique system design, we could not use out-of-the-box libraries for solution interfaces. Many of the insurance app components were either modified or made from scratch. The following business processes were automated: 

• sale of insurance contracts
• accounting for terminated insurance contracts
• document flow with business partners - receivables and payables
• workflow of insurance claims
• policyholder’s account

During the first few months, our services became very popular and now have a great demand among our clients.

I mostly interacted with the developer on a daily basis, but project coordinator and business development manager were always in the loop and reachable should they be needed.

After project was completed we were able to deploy it for internal testing and initial beta users with raving reviews.

We had difficulties to scale the team with resources here in germany, so we decided to focus on growing the team in ukraine (as we have always had great experiences with people there). CHI was and still is a great partner to do that.
