Creation of an E-commerce website for selling optics, preparation of an online store for SEO promotion. SEO optimization services. Updating an online store. Implementation of online glasses fitting, implementation of frame selection. Updating the design and creating a recognizable style. Moving the site to a new domain and switching to the Ukrainian version of the site as the main one. Creating a promotional video.

The project was implemented in several stages, at each stage the agency provided all the necessary information, the results of each stage were determined. In the process of business development and market penetration, a number of site improvements were made, including at the initiative of the agency.

The task was to create three separate websites (each in its own CI), but all built on a single platform with a unified CMS for content management, shared integrations with external systems, and centralized analytics.
Another requirement was the ability to scale the project if additional brands are introduced, as well as to independently maintain the websites and update content when needed.
All of these objectives have been successfully achieved.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Sales conversion increased by 340%, the cart abandonment rate dropped by 180%, organic website traffic grew significantly, and the average time spent on the site increased by 280%.
All dealers across Ukraine were engaged, which allowed for a significantly broader assortment and faster delivery to the customer.

A highly professional approach based on industry-standard development practices.
Comprehensive project documentation is maintained, stakeholders are clearly identified, and roles and responsibilities are properly distributed between the project manager and business analysts.
The project was launched with a slight delay, but this delay was primarily caused on our side – the client side.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Firstly, they have their own unique CMS, which is very intuitive, user-friendly, and easy to use. Almost 95% of tasks can be handled independently by the client – this provides flexibility and eliminates dependency on the developer.

Secondly, the company has been on the market for over 20 years, which speaks to its strong foundation and strategic position. It is a market leader, as confirmed by numerous awards.

Thirdly, they love cats so much that their logo is actually shaped like a cat. It's stylish and fun.

Are there any areas for improvement or something CF.Digital could have done differently?

At the moment, probably not.
However, any company should always move forward, continuously evolve, and keep track of new trends.
That said, I believe they should look more actively toward AI and explore ways to integrate it into their processes and projects.
