For what projects/services did your company hire Cetabo?

We were looking to grow our business locally in Davis and take over the detailing business here. It was essential that we grow exponentially as a family business but also incorporate different marketing strategies to focus on Davis as a whole.

How did you select this vendor?

I have worked with many different vendors previously who promised results within a particular time and never reached the end goal timeline. Cetabo was awesome in delivering things in a timely manner which showed devotion into us growing.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

After meeting with us over calls and emails, our representative decided to visit our dealership to really show what he can to for us by viewing our full inventory and location. We began making a longterm and short term plan to see what our dealership is really trying to acheive. Whether its branching out as a whole or focusing on the locals as much as possible. It was evident that we focus on both but particularly the Davis market. We have been in Davis for over 5 years now and being one of the fastest growing dealership here, we would like to branch out more and more.

What was the team composition?

I worked closely with one of our main representatives. He is great when it comes to making the best small fixes possible in continuing to grow our business. The lead team member Ammar reaches out to us whenever he sees a bigger and better opportunity for us.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have seen a tremendous upscale when it came to launching our detailing business for our dealership. Within 24 hours we were able to get calls and emails for appointments that are now booked out for at least 2 weeks. It was a great launch this week and we are looking forward as to what is more to come. After launching many different google ads as well, we have seen an increase in our service facility which then benefited our sales department. All in all we have grown in Davis more and more as we continue to launch more projects and advertisements.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We have emails almost every 2-3 days detailing results of what we launched within that week. If I have any questions or want to make any changes, its efficient and quick to get a response back. There is no miscommunication ever occurring which is awesome as I am aware my representative works with many different companies.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I found Cetabo to be very truthful and honest when it comes to growing our business as a whole. Our lead representative is not afraid to tell us what can really be changed in order for us to continue growing. I have worked with many companies previously that just listen to what we would like to get done in our sales department as a whole and they just promise results that dont ever come by. It has not been that way with Cetabo as the results have been efficient and quick. Even when it comes to making small fixes or changes, the team is on it automatically and willing to make anything possible for us.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

There is nothing necessarily that needs any improvement or that I would like to make known. The team has been very efficient in learning about our business in order to deliver the best possible results. We communicate very well through email and calls.
