The project included custom page design, mobile responsiveness, SEO optimization, and improvements to the overall user experience. They also implemented lead generation features, including contact forms and downloadable resources, optimized the website for performance across devices, and completed multiple rounds of revisions based on our feedback. The final deliverable was a modern, professional website that accurately represents our brand and provides customers with an easy way to learn about our services and request estimates.

The project was completed with a fully redesigned, mobile-responsive website that accurately reflects our brand and services. The site now provides a significantly improved user experience, includes SEO best practices, and features lead generation tools such as contact forms and downloadable resources. The website also performs well across desktop and mobile devices, giving customers a faster and more professional experience when requesting estimates. We have already begun seeing organic traffic from Google, and the new website provides a solid foundation for our ongoing digital marketing efforts.

Overall, we were very pleased with the project and the final result. If there is one area for improvement, it would be to perform more thorough quality assurance testing before each revision is delivered. While working with the team, especially Mansi and Prabhleen, they showed understanding, which I truly appreciate, as it made it easier to work with the team and made the whole process more smoother

While the project was not delivered in the time frame, there were a lot of changes and some misunderstandings, which meant that there would be delays. As well as some bugs that needed to be sorted. While there were changes, mostly from my end, the team was very welcoming and patient with any needs and changes that I needed, which I respect.

Communication just needs to be better maintained across the team to better avoid misunderstandings and the client needs to be updated more regularly.
