We needed a ticketing and club events app on iOS and Android. Our idea was good but unfortunately the app development team let us diwn

What was the team composition?

We had a salesman who sweet talked us. As things progressed, the work quality and delivery were really bad. We were then assigned to developers who where not sure what they were doing even after they had clear instructions.

Finally we were introduced to the CEO Depoesh who at first came across very professional but then it soon became apparent that he was just after our money and did not intend to do the quality work we paid him for.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We never had a functioning app, our clients would try to download and upload events and the app would just crash. After 5 years I had to cut my losses.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication was very bad, we were promised the world, but nothing was on time, something that should have taken 6 months took nearly 3 years,

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Nothing

Are there any areas for improvement?

They need to be honest and upfront, not do jobs that they cant handle just to get clients money!

They provided us with a detailed website analysis and solutions for the upgrade. The team redesigned pages, fixed developmental issues, and created new content. Now, CBNITS is doing social media and content marketing services.

The team includes one designer, two developers, one project manager, two content writers, and three digital marketing experts.

We have been able to generate enough brand awareness and online business.

CBNITS built an e-commerce website that allows our customers to order gemstones in bulk. They designed, developed, configured, and launched the website on the WordPress platform. Since then, they’ve also provided us with SEO, content writing, content marketing, and social media marketing services. Currently, we are revamping our website’s UI/UX with their help.

We worked with three people from their design and development team. Also, four people from the digital marketing team continue to provide online marketing services.

They’ve helped our site gain ranks on the first page of Google search results for our chosen keywords. Our brand name is well-known in the gemstones industry, thanks to their online marketing services.

Their team managers oversee the project with great efficiency. They’ve delivered everything on time. During the website development, they were cooperative and prompt in delivering their work.
