Introduce your business and what you do there.
We’re a law office in Poland with 25 lawyers and three locations. We deal with problems connected with Internet and data protection law. I’m a partner and am responsible for e-commerce services.

What challenge were you trying to address with Cat In Black Software House?
We needed help redesigning web portals where users get information and can message us about law problems. We saw that Internet trends changed and the portals were out of date and not very user-friendly.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Adam (Owner, Cat In Black Software House) helped us redesign our three webpages using Java. Now, they’re helping us with new features and changes, as well as maintaining the pages.
What is the team composition?
We were in contact with a project manager who dealt with all the problems, so I wasn’t in contact with the rest of the team.
How did you come to work with Cat In Black Software House?
They are one of our legal clients. When we wanted to change our website, we thought they would be a good company to work with.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in 2016. The work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
People who visit our website are happy with it. For a law office, it’s quite unique in that it’s fresh and easy to navigate.
How did Cat In Black Software House perform from a project management standpoint?
The collaboration was very positive. They were very open to our ideas. For example, we had approved one of the designs but wanted to make changes afterward. They were very accommodating and helped us. They supported us consistently.
There were no issues with communication. We usually had answers to our questions in one or two business days. If they needed more time, they’d let me know when they’d be ready.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The general site design is very interesting: the header, the buttons, the navigation. Users have an easier time finding what they’re looking for.
Are there any areas they could improve?
We are always working together. If our needs change, Adam adapts accordingly.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Trust Adam’s ideas. He has a lot of experience.
