after a search and looking into reviews, contact with the vendor and find him relevant to our needs.

kick-off meeting to describe the needs - RTL Shopify website, migration of all products and history, design, migration of SEO, and google references. includes all services (FB integration, search, marketing emails, etc.) in the new environment

we used to be contact with Taras, which lead the project together with some other developers. not sure the numbers.

we see increase in performance, easier to maintain and use the new platform

very patients. we found in QA issues and Taras and his team used to solve them quickly and efficiently. also, all our requirements were accomplished successfully

in the end some missing issues were needed to be extra paid, stuff that we treat as should be in the first contract.

The risk with migrating a subscription business is the migration of customers not working and losing lots of people - however, this did not happen and the migration was pretty much seamless!
