I’m the co-owner of a languages and communication institute. We offer various language, literacy writing, and diverse cycle linguistics workshops.

What challenge were you trying to address with Cappibara?

We needed a company that could develop a website for us and provide us with IT support.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We hired Cappibara to develop a WordPress website for us. The site’s design was done by another vendor, who recommended Cappibara for the site’s development. We’ve provided the Cappibara team with the guidelines given by the previous vendor, as well as some additional requirements that we have in terms of the site’s functionality. After the website is done, Cappibara will also develop a learning platform for us from scratch.

We’ve worked with two people from Cappibara, including the owner and a project manager.

Cappibara was recommended to us by another vendor.

We’ve spent around €20,000–€30,000 (Approximately $21,000–$32,000 USD).

We started working together in June 2022, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re happy with the results so far. They’ve been able to accurately implement the design and the ideas that we provided them.

How did Cappibara perform from a project management standpoint?

Cappibara has performed well in terms of project management. If there are any problems, they let us know immediately and provide the necessary solution. They’re incredibly responsive and provide weekly updates on the project’s progress.

We use Trello for project management, and we communicate through email and Google Meet.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re impressed with Cappibara's flexibility, receptiveness to feedback, and willingness to take on any challenge.
