What specific goals or objectives did you hire Caliber Systems to accomplish?

• We needed a centralized HR management system to manage employee information, onboarding, time off, attendance, performance, and internal HR processes in one place.
• We wanted to replace several disconnected tools and spreadsheets with a scalable platform that could support our growing team and automate repetitive HR workflows.
• We also wanted to provide employees and managers with a simple self-service experience through both web and mobile applications.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Caliber Systems developed a custom HR management platform covering the full employee lifecycle. The system included employee profiles, organizational structure, onboarding and offboarding workflows, attendance and time tracking, leave management, performance reviews, goals, document management, and HR reporting. Key deliverables included the web-based HR management system, mobile application, backend/API infrastructure, role-based access control, automated HR workflows, reporting dashboards, notification system, document management, and third-party integrations.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The main result was consolidating our HR operations into a single platform. Previously, employee information, leave requests, documents, and internal HR workflows were managed across several different tools. The employee self-service functionality also reduced the number of routine requests handled manually by our HR team, while the mobile application made the most frequently used HR functions accessible from anywhere.

Caliber Systems followed a structured development process with regular milestones, demonstrations, and feedback cycles. They were responsive throughout the project and adapted quickly when we needed to change or refine specific HR workflows. The project milestones were delivered on time, and communication with the team was clear and consistent throughout the engagement.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their ability to translate complex business processes into a straightforward UX was particularly impressive. We also appreciated that they were proactive about identifying opportunities for automation and improving workflows instead of only implementing the requirements we initially provided.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Caliber Systems could have done differently?

The project went very smoothly overall. There were some iterations during the initial stages as we refined our HR workflows and requirements, but this was expected for a custom system. Caliber was flexible throughout those changes and we were satisfied with the final result.
