BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the CEO of a non-profit company that helps bring mom + pops shops online with strategy, eCommerce implementation, and digital marketing. We started this idea during covid when eCommerce became the norm for buying almost everything you needed at that time. However, there are still 100's of thousands of business that still need the help and we're evolving.

After one meeting with Buzzworthy, I knew this team was the real deal. They were extremely business savvy and the work they presented was like nothing I'd ever seen before—it was thorough and powerful. We hired them for a new website and SEO.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found Buzzworthy through an awards site. Out of 5 agencies that we met with, they by far had the best work and the most knowledgeable team. Also, the references we received made us even more confident in the decision.

We had a few meetings before we started. Then they moved to their design phase and their Project Manager, Katelyn, made that very seamless. They setup a project timeline and they delivered slightly before the final launch date. It was a flawless experience.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with 3-4 people. Designer, PM, SEO team and 1-2 others on the development side.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have gotten consistent leads from this and we have gotten a lot of compliments on the design.

Their PM was great and very attentive. We communicated any time we needed to, via email or Zoom.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I knew the design was going to be great, and it is, but I didn't realize how talented their developers were. They created some things that I never thought were possible. And they too were a pleasure to work with.

None.
