What challenge were you trying to address with Business Rocket?

We handle a lot of live music events and manage a lot of artists, so we needed someone to handle graphic design work, promo fliers, and social media management. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Business Rocket has helped us create branded content for each of our artists and our company, which they post daily. They’ve also created a content calendar, which they send us monthly, so we know what’s being posted. Additionally, they do market research to determine that everything being posted is relevant to specific markets.

They created our logo and brand guidelines, our website, and they create design work for albums and singles. The website was built from scratch; we showed them a few websites we liked and the way we wanted it laid out, and they took it from there. We also use Business Rocket for software development and their virtual assistant services.

We’re in direct contact with two project managers. 

How did you come to work with Business Rocket?

They were a referral; we thought they were affordable and they do unlimited work, which fit well with what we were looking for. 

How much have you invested with them?

We pay $900 a month for their services. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2020, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They’ve done a fantastic job in helping boost our online presence; we now have over 30,000 fans and followers across all our platforms when we started with only a few thousand. They’ve also helped us lift our level of professionalism because everything looks very clean; this has enabled us to grow our business and gain new clients. We’ve seen growth across our social media accounts, the business, and our artist's social media accounts. 

We’re really happy with what they’re doing for us, and the website turned out better than we could have imagined. 

How did Business Rocket perform from a project management standpoint?

They always meet deadlines and have a speedy turnaround. We use an app, phone calls, and text messages for communication. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

You get a good value for what you’re paying for; we’ve spent a lot more and gotten a lot less from other providers. They have a lot of experience and knowledge on their end, and they always come back to us with something impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing we would change.

Have an idea of what you want, and they’ll help you build on that idea.

I’m the owner of a music business called Cab’Ral Music, and I provide the face, the voice, and the brand.

We needed their team’s support to grow our social media presence.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Business Rocket manages our Instagram, and we are going to also use them for our Twitter and TikTok accounts. They manage all of our paid advertising efforts on those platforms. They also identify our target audience and use that information to put together a plan for how to go about it. In addition to holding down my brand, they’re also teaching me a lot about social media marketing. 

What is the team composition?

I’m in contact with the founder of the company, as well as a project manager. The project manager is my main point of contact in regards to teaching me about our social media and how I can grow it.

We’ve spent around $5,000.

How did you come to work with Business Rocket?

Business Rocket was referred to me by a friend who is also an internet influencer, so they had needs similar to mine.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The biggest success has been converting my new Instagram followers into Spotify listeners — my Instagram following has grown by around 10,000 people, and my monthly Spotify listens have grown by over 100,000. 

They’ve really been exceeding my expectations, and I’m excited to see how we can achieve similar success on my TikTok. 

How did the company perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re always on the clock. Every time I ask them to make a call, they set it up within the hour. We use WhatsApp and phone calls to communicate. I really appreciate how easy it’s been to stay in contact with them throughout the engagement.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What stands out the most about their team is their dedication to meeting our needs and bringing innovative solutions to the table, which is more important than ever considering how quickly the internet is changing. They have a hunger and a drive that really sets them apart — they’re always ready to prove themselves.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I don’t think there’s that they can do to improve  — I don’t think enough people know about them.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

Make sure that you know your brand. The more that you understand your own brand, the better Business Rocket can help you grow. It’s also a good idea to have some goals in mind when starting the process.

Business Rocket built our website from scratch. The purpose of the website is to sell perfumes and reach out to customers who want to come to the store. Additionally, their team manages our social media accounts, specifically Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok. They are also responsible for responding to comments on those platforms.

I’m usually in contact with two people from their company.

I was looking for vendors to help us manage everything at a good deal. I eventually found Business Rocket on Google. We had a couple of meetings with them and were convinced that they were good guys. Hence, I decided to give them the project.

We’ve spent between $10,000–$25,000 on the project thus far.

We started working with them in September 2020, and our engagement is still ongoing.

So far, the results have met our expectations, which is why we’re still working with Business Rocket. 

How did Business Rocket perform from a project management standpoint?

They meet deadlines and are very good in terms of staying within budget. Moreover, they work efficiently and respond to our messages within the same day. For communication, we use email, phone calls, WhatsApp, and SMS.

Business Rocket is a very honest partner. I trust them with our project and don't need to track everything that they do.

No, they're doing a really good job so far.

Don't hesitate to ask them any questions that you have because they respond quickly — it feels like having your own virtual assistant.
