Bushido helped us conceive, design, and develop a very unique study planning application that combined a calendar, task management and planning into a single application. This is a one of a kind application that calculates time available and time needed continuously in real time. Very complicated, feature rich application that they were able to make into a very simple, intuitive, app for the user and yet still extremely fast and scalable.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

This was a brand new and very unique application so we were not sure exactly how quickly it could be developed. We went through a series of iterations of the app. 

Bushidio did an amazing job of guiding us through a long list of complicated design and UX issues and were able to implement features that we thought would be extremely difficult in a very short period of time. Whenever we threw them a problem they came up with a solution that was even better than expected.

Very responsive to requests. Had a good process for going through what needed to be done and how they would handle it. They assembled a small team of people who were super knowledgeable on each aspect of our application. No learning curve required and things got done quickly and to a high degree of quality.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Creativeness. We would come up with ideas that we thought were just wishful thinking and probably not achievable and they would surprise us with something even more creative and faster than we expected. 

Each of their team members was the same. As founders we would try to do things a certain way, but they were great and helping us see that we needed to consider other things. They weren't just coders, they were thinkers who guided use to the right solution.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Bushido could have done differently?

Nothing really. Our app is working well. We are in the process of developing a new marketing campaign and we hope to invest a lot more on app development. We just hope that they have the time to keep working with us! Our experience has been great. We love the team that we have and look forward to a long relationship with all of them.

We set out to develop an easy and comprehensive crypto payment application, meant for online webshops. In order to achieve this, we would need a solid framework for our backend, throughout the entire payment flow. When making the decision to work with bushido, we scoped out a plan for what the technical needs would be for the project. 

It was a pleasure bouncing ideas back and fourth with Bushido, which greatly helped our understanding of the technical requirements for such an application.The plan for the project we settled on, was to create a platform where users would be able deposit crypto into their account, and swiftly start making payments at merchants. And after making their payment at the merchant, then convert the crypto amount into Fiat currency, in order to remove the risks of crypto currency.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Since we are yet to launch completely, the total outcomes from our work together have not been revealed yet. We do however, have a beautiful application that we already (through some UX) have received great feedback on. We cant wait to launch our product, and couldn't be happier with how it shaped out to look and feel.

With every project there will be some unexpected problems, which will need solutions. We of course, had a few, but were lucky to have the Bushido team to help find solutions and overcome these challenges. The timeframe that was projected turned out to be off, but the most important thing was to have a complete product by the end, rather than rush into bad decisions. 

Bushido were on the same page as us, as they also favored prioritizing having a complete product, to go to market with. Overall, Bushido did a great job, understanding our needs and delivering within a reasonable timeframe. We couldn't have asked for a better team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

When we first met with Bushido, we quickly learned that this was at team of friends who knew each other and had worked together for a while now. This gave a sense of trust and approachability with Bushido, which greatly helped our cooperation during development. The sheer excitement and passion for our project was very clear to us, from the very beginning. 

When working with Bushido, you could really feel the passion for developing new cutting edge technologies, which meant a lot to us. Our needs slowly changed, as development progressed and Bushido did an excellent job adapting to our evolving requirements. It was incredible to experience Bushido's ability to remain agile and solution oriented.

During development we ran into multiple technical issues, but it is our opinion that Bushido handled and solved those issues excellently.

• There were new releases all the time which were available for us to test. It made it easy to see the progress live, make any changes, and ensure the project was delivered on-time.

They are very involved from the early stages. They provided technical guidance and recommendations early on. Their team really tries to understand the app and its purpose, and they are constantly noticing things that we overlooked. 

When it came time to program, they were off to the races because they already understood what we were building inside and out and the turnaround was super fast to get a live version of the product we could test. If there were any bumps along the road due to our design, they would point out the issue, we'd hop on a call to talk it through, decide on a solution, and they were off to the races again.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their understanding of the product. I've worked with many developers, but this team is very curious beyond just how the app will work. They want to know what its purpose is, what the value is, etc., and then they will use that information to serve you new feature ideas or give their input into how the application should be designed.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Bushido could have done differently?

No, they were top-notch. The only reason the project failed was a lack of funding for a product in a hyper-competitive space.

The scope of the work was to extend our in-house team and assist in launching a responsive web application for our internal operations and housekeeping staff members within a tight timeframe of 3 months. The application serves as a task manager specifically designed for housekeeping operations in the travel industry. The project encompasses both frontend and backend development and the creation of an internal mobile application using React Native. The scope of work includes the following key deliverables: 

Responsive Web Application: 

• Design and develop a user-friendly web application using modern technologies 
• Implement features for tracking room availability, enabling efficient assignment of rooms to cleaners, and monitoring the cleaning process.
• Create functionality for creating tasks and damage reports, including notifications to relevant parties. 
• Incorporate a scheduling system for managing maintenance & operational tasks 

Backend Development: 

• Develop the backend infrastructure using suitable technologies
• Implement robust APIs to handle data retrieval, updates, and integrations with third-party services

All projects we contracted Bushido for were developed with an extremely high degree of skill and delivered on schedule or ahead of schedule. Several transacted large amounts of crypto currency and required a high level of security. We never had any issues or security breaches. Thanks!
