Please describe your company and your position there.
Since 2000, we has been helping people across Dominican Republic to buy or resell their cars. We are small family owned company with 4 people working in-house. I'm the owner of this company.

For what projects/services did your company hire Burning Buttons?
In earlier days it took considerable time to connect the buyer with the seller in a used car operation. Perhaps the best option was to publish a notice in a newspaper, stating that you wanted to sell the car ... Then, it was sitting down and waiting for whoever was interested in used cars, who wanted to buy the car would call you. So it was more difficult, certainly. So we decided to build a website to simplify the process.
What were your goals for this project?
The solution had to be simple, user-friendly and scalable. Burning Buttons offered us to use Drupal as the most suitable solution with easy support after the development.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
With online website the deals are closing much faster. We have not updated the website for couple of years so it looks a bit outdated. We plan to come to Burning Buttons by the end of the year to rebuild our interface and make some improvements.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
I was involved in the project mostly as an end user and the person who formulated the overall requirements to the solution. As a non-tech person, I know that it is often difficult to communicate with development teams as they usually speak technology language and don’t consider the business side of software development. I have to highlight that I’ve never faced such problems while collaborating with Burning Buttons. They had a project manager in the team who connected end users and developers and made our cooperation painless. Mostly we communicated via Skype, Trello for tasktracking.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Their specialists are easy to communicate with, they are very responsive and always ready to help. We were delighted to find such a reliable vendor.
