Yes , initially they asked for SOW and they follow complete Agile methodology so that worked out well for me. Like we had query clarification then and there , they seek my approval in each phase. As we had regular progress call , I was able to keep track of work going ,any kind of issues to be sorted and so on..

They have good team players and all of them are eager to take up new niche challenges , they are eager to do R&D and implement in work. Really stumbled up with that work.
