Our Story

BSC Webdesign was founded in 2024 by a team of friends who met while studying in Vienna. We noticed that most small business websites look fine but don't bring in customers: templates, little strategy, interchangeable. So we built an agency that thinks along with its clients, asks the right questions and builds websites that actually move something. Today we create custom WordPress websites and online stores for SMEs in Vienna, Lower Austria and Salzburg.

We start with a free consultation to understand your business, goals and customers. From there we work closely with you through structure, design and development, with clear feedback rounds so you always know what's happening and nothing goes live without your approval.

Onboarding starts with a free consultation or website check. We then define goals, pages and content together, create the structure and design, build the website in WordPress, test it on all devices and launch it. After launch we offer ongoing maintenance and support if needed.

For us, a website is successful when it brings in inquiries. We track results with Google Analytics and Google Search Console, looking at inquiries, search visibility, rankings and loading speed, and use the data to keep improving the site.

We build all websites on WordPress. Existing WordPress sites can be relaunched especially smoothly; for other platforms we advise transparently on effort and process.

Yes. Our office is in Vienna, and we also work with businesses iworldwide. We work in German and English.
