Key responsibilities include:

Performing regular plugin and platform updates to maintain site security and performance
Implementing new landing pages and site sections, including product and promotional pages

Providing potential visitors information is vital to a destination's credibility and ability to attract visitors to spend more time in your region, thus offering great economic benefit to the region.  The website is a key factor in that decision.  It was important it was succinct, visual and easy to navigate through.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The website visitors have continued to grow year on year.  Reaching more and more potential visitors continues to be our focus and we have just added some software suggested by Bronte that should help us determine what our visitors are searching for on our website.  Recently we have noted a longer time on the site which hopefully is a sign that they are finding the information relevant and rich.

Delivered on time.  Staff member would come and visit and we would complete a lot more than if we were trying to do it remotely.  When one is a non it person and the other is sometimes things can get lost in translation so I appreciated the face to face ability to solve issues and work on better processes for our website.

We have noticed that people are having difficulty locating our survey link at the bottom of our website. To address this, we wanted to place it in a more prominent position. Moving from the bottom of the page to the top to become more easily located.
