Their scope included creating a professional, mobile-responsive site that highlights our HVAC services, contact options, and company background. They also guided us on structure, navigation, and best practices for showcasing services online. Login section for clients to provide detail about the project and admins to reply back to the provide update on the quoute / status update of the project.

The website turned out clean, professional, and user-friendly. Customers can now easily find us online, learn about our HVAC services, and request quotes directly through the site. The site loads fast, looks great on mobile, and presents our company in a professional way that builds trust with new clients. Development on time and in budget.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Bright Code could have done differently?

Overall, I was very satisfied with the work. If anything, I think more upfront guidance on SEO and local search strategy would have been helpful, since visibility is so important for a new HVAC business. That said, the website itself was delivered exactly as promised, and they were always open to feedback and adjustments.
