Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The work involved the entire process of creating mobile apps on Android and iOS. The most important outputs concerned UI/UX design, backend integration with our other systems, secure e-signature functionality and real-time tracking status. They even offered the post-launch support as well as test across a variety of devices.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The application was released without delays, and its users accepted it well: it was easy to see that the speed of transaction execution among clients is improved significantly. The feedback of the interface and functionality of the product was also received positively both by internal teams and among users.

They had good project management. They informed us, checked in regularly, and were also on schedule. They were responsive and accommodating to changes and problems that arose every time we contacted them.

The surprising part was the level at which they grasped our area without the persistence of explanations. It was really questionable whether our desire to see something can be rendered by them exactly as we wanted it to and in some cases they were so much better.

The team prepared an audit, which spelled out all the weaknesses and places for increase, as well as recommendations for improvements.

Everything was completed on time. Operational issues were solved in the chat and through calls.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Digital Buro was engaged in the project. We appreciated that the teammates who worked with us were focused only on our project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The only challenge we faced was working across time zones. However, I don’t know how they could have improved that.

Development of an image portal of a hockey team, development of an online store. The goal is to increase user awareness and brand awareness

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were previously acquainted and worked on other projects. Past projects were implemented efficiently and on time, so there was no doubt about choosing a contractor.

The site was developed on CMS Bitrix, PHP+JS. The product turned out to be quite large-scale and complex. Tournament tables, the schedule of championships and the logic of displaying matches were implemented.

The project was implemented exactly according to our requests, the idea was implemented in the form of a website.
