Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m a director at a paper manufacturing company. We manufacture jumbo rolls of paper to be paper cone and tubes that are used for textile and military purposes.

What challenge were you trying to address with Bridge Technology Services?

We needed a system to make our company be smoother and more efficient.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They helped create a custom enterprise resource planning (ERP) using Odoo platform. Our warehouse is very complicated. I wanted everything online so we can calculate how much stock we have, our log-in processes we have, and the finished goods in the inventory during the production.

There was a lot of customization as the basic Odoo platform wasn’t suitable for our company. It took them three to four months to finish all the work. After they finished, the platform still required some minor adjustments.

How did you come to work with Bridge Technology Services?

I met them through an acquaintance who is working with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from May to August 2017.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our company now runs more effectively.

How did Bridge Technology Services perform from a project management standpoint?

They worked with my staff and provided a lot of feedback throughout the project. Most of the time, I’m off-site and they communicate by email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re very flexible and were able to customize Odoo to suit our needs. The cost factor is reasonable.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They can improve on the number of workers. They only have 2–3 workers that maintain the system. It could be more efficient faster if they had more.
