 I am the Founder of a tea retail company

We did not know really how to devide our products into collections, guys also helped us with this, to have everything organised and easy for customers to buy. They gave us moodboard, and planning if project before starting. I would like to mention that guys are highly adaptable in case of planning, they suggested me MVP version first to launch fast and add more features later.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We finally got online. The team made a really good looking shop website, and added best practices in terms of conversion, that I even did not know existed.

Their project manager Sergey is highly detail oriented person, can listen and find out our problems, and suggest most working solutions. I value that guys did not just sell me most expensive package, they tried to understand what is better for me at this stage.

Their honest approach, adaptability, and expertise were most impressive to me.

I do not really understand in IT businesses and their operations, I am from different sphere, so do not have answer to this

Branched team discovered our needs and services, then they provided detailed planning of project and wireframes how website will look like. We had weekly calls to track the progress until project was finished.
