Brainvire Infotech is redeveloping the back- and frontend of an e-commerce system for a medical response provider. They worked in Magento and Odoo to redesign the CMS and shopping cart system.
The capabilities enabled by the design of the new website have saved the client an incredible amount of money and time, more than paying for the cost of the project itself and pleasing company stakeholders. The Brainvire Infotech team is creative, responsive, and flexible to changing requirements.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
Our company is Bay Alarm Medical, and we provide medical alert services to seniors for fall detection and health monitoring, as well as providing a number of emergency services that seniors might need. I am the president of the company.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Brainvire Infotech?
Our business is completely based in e-commerce, so we handle cards online through salesforce as well as our ERP CRM system. The biggest challenge is that we have very complicated structures for providing customer support, and we wanted to try and cut down on some of the time and monetary costs associated with that.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
What Brainvire Infotech is doing for us right now is completely redesigning our Magento e-commerce cart to make it more usable on the frontend and flexible on the backend. That will allow our internal systems administrators to update things, change prices, and add and remove products in ways that are much less complicated than with our current system.
On top of that, we decided to switch to Odoo, which is again an opensource and a more flexible platform in terms of the workflow for supporting customers, handling customer accounts, and making changes and things like that.
What is the team composition?
We had one main point of contact who was our project manager from Brainvire Infotech, and he managed two separate teams, one for the ERP and the other for Magento. Each of those teams had a specific lead engineer who would handle a lot of our technical questions and oversee anywhere from 5-10 developers and QA personnel.
How did you come to work with Brainvire Infotech?
Their team had engaged with us a number of years ago on a different product, which was an app that we were trying to develop. When I started looking at vendors to work with on this project, Brainvire Infotech stood out because of their experience with us and their price point, so we decided to work with them.
How much have you invested with them?
The project cost came out to a little bit over $200,000 in total.
What is the status of this engagement?
We first started working with them in April 2019 and are continuing the development as we speak.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The success of the project for us has been two pronged. One aspect that I look at in my role is the savings from the work, which for us is expected to save more than the cost of the project itself within less than a year.
On top of that, we have dramatically reduced the time it takes to support any given customer and are targeting a reduction to half the time we currently spend. In our preliminary demos and testing we think that we will hit that target, which is really satisfying for us.
How did Brainvire Infotech perform from a project management standpoint?
They have been onboard with us and flexible with changing requirements since day one. Over the past few months we’ve been meeting with them almost every day, going through an agile type of environment and demoing various modules that they are working on as we go. Their support has been very helpful and made clear that they are both knowledgeable in what they do and committed to the success of our project.
What did you find most impressive about them?
One of the biggest things I like about this time as compared to some other vendors I have worked with in the past is the proactiveness with which they deal with things. The fact that they are always ready to go and jump into a new aspect of the project has really stood out to me.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don’t have any complaints about their services at all. If there’s one thing they could do to improve it might be to spend a little more time trying to understand our business and how we operate, but that hasn’t been a detriment to the project by any means.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
One thing I learned through this engagement is how important it is to be extremely clear in your requirements and explaining exactly what you want. Because we are a small company and had very tight timelines, having all of the details nailed down helped us to really stick to those timelines.

Brainvire infotech developed a multi-facing e-commerce platform for a product retail company. They worked in Dynamics 365 and Magento to build a website front- and backend along with iOS and Android apps.
The solutions provided by Brainvire Infotech have satisfied all project requirements, successfully modernizing the interface and allowing the client to continue to expand their business. Their team is hardworking and creative, adapting flexibly to changing requirements throughout the project.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am the general manager of an e-commerce company in Kuwait. We sell electronics, cosmetics, and other product lines through two retail stores, a B2B department, and our website.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Brainvire Infotech?
Our platform used to be C2C and is a little outdated because the backend ERP was originally built on an old version of Angular. We worked with Brainvire Infotech to help us transition to a redesign into a more modernized marketplace using Dynamic 365 and Magento.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Our website is effectively two platforms. We have the vendor side, with login and customization features, and then we have the end-user frontend side as well. Then, there are two platforms for the users and the vendors on both iOS and Android as well. Brainvire Infotech has helped us to redevelop all of those faces and capabilities for the business.
What is the team composition?
So far, we’ve engaged with anywhere from 8–12 people depending on the stage of the project. There are project managers as well as business analysts, one designer, and two developers for iOS and Android working with them as well.
How did you come to work with Brainvire Infotech?
We did some research online initially and found them along with a few other companies. After interacting with them and seeing some examples of the quality of their work as well as their price, we could tell that they met all of our requirements and that we wanted to work with them.
How much have you invested with them?
The project cost a little under $100,000 in total.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together between April–October 2019.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
There were a few bumps in the beginning as you tend to find with any outsourcing project, but we have reached a point where through clear communication we are able to achieve all of our goals with nearly 100% accuracy. They have helped us to build out a significant number of features for our platform which have been very helpful in expanding our existing business.
How did Brainvire Infotech perform from a project management standpoint?
Their project management style is quite efficient, from understanding the initial requirements down to executing the features one by one. Their methodology is agile, and we haven’t had any problems in completing things on time and staying on schedule.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They are consistently very flexible in modifying or changing requirements as we make amendments to our initial plans. Their whole team and especially their CEO has been very supportive of me and our end goals, which we really appreciate.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They do a better job with the development than with the design, but that has not been a big problem since we have our own in-house design as well. Other than that, they really have been a 10 out of 10.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
As long as you are clear on your requirements, you are guaranteed to get something you like.

Brainvire Infotech Inc developed a native app and redesigned a website for an e-commerce company. They also integrated APIs while following local regulations and use Azure to manage the platform.
Brainvire Infotech Inc improved the platform’s code significantly and reduced bugs. They’re organized and track tasks effectively. The project lead is transparent, resulting in a strong partnership.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am the project development manager for YouGo. It is an e-commerce-based company in Qatar that provides services like flights, movie tickets and things like that. We have a scan and pay functionality and wallet-based payment system.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Brainvire Infotech Inc?
We were looking for someone to help with web development.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
They developed an iOS and Android native app. They also host the platform on Azure. They are also helping us integrate the local APIs that follow local restrictions.
The previous company we worked with didn’t implement the code properly and Brainvire Infotech Inc found a lot of vulnerabilities, so they fixed all of those issues.
What is the team composition?
There are 5–6 people working on the current project, and we’ve worked with a business analyst.
How did you come to work with Brainvire Infotech Inc?
We were working with another developer, but we decided to change providers because we weren’t satisfied with their services. I checked online and found that Brainvire Infotech Inc has decent Clutch reviews. They’ve also worked with many Arab partners, so we decided to give it a try.
We liked their response so we decided to switch and move ahead with them. They are slightly on the pricier side but the services they provide are quite good. As a customer, our interaction was also very nice.
How much have you invested in them?
We’ve spent between $100,000–$250,000 on their services. The price increased as we found more coding issues and needed to bring on more developers.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began working with them in January 2020, and the work is still ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
It has had a drastic impact on our codebase. The quality of code has been improved and reusable functions have been implemented. The website redesign is in progress and new functionalities are being added. They’ve done a reasonably good job.
How did Brainvire Infotech Inc perform from a project management standpoint?
We use Slack as well as GitHub. They maintain the bug tracking and daily reports in Jira. The tickets are done properly and accurately. The only thing is that they don’t push the code on time or maintain a Git-flow.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The project lead is a really nice person. He has been really transparent and has helped a lot.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They’ve missed some of the QA issues. I’d also appreciate a reduction in price, but other than that I would say they provide a really good service.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
You need to get hold of the project lead and constantly communicate with him to get the most out of Brainvire Infotech Inc.

Brainvire Infotech developed the backend connections of a genetic health testing and insight platform, allowing for safe, accurate, and HIPPA compliant transfers of information to labs and physician networks.
The work delivered by Brainvire Infotech goes above and beyond project stakeholder requirements, inspiring confidence in their timelines and quality at every step of the process. Their team uses JIRA, email, and weekly calls to keep everyone on the same page and is flexible to requirement changes.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am the co-founder of a company called My HealthSight, and our concept is to create a portal for genetic testing and health insights for consumers. We’re starting with a carrier screening test and are looking to add more and more tests down the road.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Brainvire Infotech?
We were looking for a partner to help connect us to all of our different clinical partners, including labs and physician networks. That platform needed to have a HIPPA compliant and accessible backend for our website.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
They focused on enabling the backend connections of the site in order to help information flow to our clinical partners. It can be a really significant challenge to communicate that information seamlessly, make sure it’s accurate, and protect patient privacy at the same time.
Brainvire Infotech developed the entire backend system in addition to all of our standard e-commerce and customer management functionality. Most of that was built on WordPress using AWS, but there were a lot of customizations, protections, and add-ons on top of those frameworks.
What is the team composition?
Over the course of the project, I have interacted with 4-5 members of their team, but I have one specific point of contact who I communicate with most regularly.
How did you come to work with Brainvire Infotech?
I had a friend who recommended them, so we reached out to see if they were interested. Along with a few other companies they sent us a proposal for the project. Theirs was really comprehensive but didn’t feel overbearing, and we decided to work with them.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent between $50,000-$100,000 in total.
What is the status of this engagement?
The project started around August 2019 and our work together is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Their understanding of what we needed from the beginning as well as the quality of their work and the timeline of the implementation have all been spectacular so far. I thought we would be finished ahead of where we are now, but the delays are not because of problems on their side. They establish confidence with us in every meeting we have about their timelines and the quality of the work we will receive in the end.
How did Brainvire Infotech perform from a project management standpoint?
We use JIRA to keep track of projects, as well as email, weekly calls, and followups to make sure everyone is on the same page. The level of communication has been perfect, and I’ve never felt like the distance between our physical offices even comes into play.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They are very good at understanding what your core goals are. As long as you communicate your understanding of those and how those change, they are able to figure out how all of those fit and work together, as well as to provide insight and logic around how to get there.
Are there any areas they could improve?
The only slight hiccup we’ve had was in developing a clear understanding of the project deliverables at the very beginning, but that didn’t cause us any major problems down the line. We were able to resolve and move past that, but providing a little more clarity on what is entailed in the initial scope of work is always helpful.

Brainvire Infotech provides ongoing customization and maintenance for the cloud-based platform of a university administrative platform. Their team develops new features and troubleshoots bugs as needed.
The platform maintained and built out by the Brainvire Infotech team has contributed significantly to the operational success of their client, helping them to stay flexible in the ever-changing academic environment without relying on developers for everything they need.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
Our organization performs research, teaching, and service to students for the government. My position is to oversee the operations of the research enterprise and help ensure compliance with various federal regulations and university policies and procedures.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Brainvire Infotech?
We had an administrative electronic platform that we had customized and developed over many years, and we needed a partner to store our operation in a cloud environment, as well as to provide sustainability for new developments on that platform.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
They provide a variety of services for the platform. The majority of their work is focused on sustainability, through either maintaining or troubleshooting any bugs or issues that we find and addressing those in a timely fashion.
We also have them perform new customizations based on regular changes that we make to our business process and practices. Other times we just want to develop new features and applications to add to our digital suite, and they play a role in developing those and integrating them into our program in a seamless way.
What is the team composition?
I don’t know the exact number of teammates they have working on our account, but it’s probably around five, one of whom we interact more closely with to help manage communication and all of our project milestones.
How did you come to work with Brainvire Infotech?
One of our developers here knew of them and suggested we consider them, and after analyzing a variety of providers for the needs that we knew we had they stood out so we decided to go with them.
How much have you invested with them?
In total, we’ve spent a little over $500,000 on their services.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in February 2017 and our partnership is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Having dealt with many software vendors, it’s great to have the ability built into our arrangement to do customizations without having to conduct a really rigorous process or pay additional fees for every little change.
The nature of our business is such that we have to make a number of adjustments or tweaks all the time, and they’ve been very responsive and effective at delivering those results for us.
How did Brainvire Infotech perform from a project management standpoint?
They come to visit when they have to do more complex work that requires a lot more interaction. That arrangement has helped significantly when it was necessary, but otherwise, we take advantage of tools such as Skype and group web platforms that allow us to show and discuss issues, concerns, or new features.
What did you find most impressive about them?
As partners, they are incredibly attentive and committed to the success of the project. They check in on us to make sure we always have what we need instead of requiring us to come to them, and that’s really refreshing.
Are there any areas they could improve?
The only thing I can think of that would help is a better understanding of our business niche, but since we are such a specific industry in that regard I don’t think that would present much difficulty for other companies.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I would just recommend that anyone be very clear in communicating your business requirements because as long as you do they will be able to accommodate whatever your technical challenges are.

Brainvire InfoTech spearheaded a transition from Magento 1 to Magento 2 for an industrial e-commerce company. They implemented new features and functionalities to elevate the overall site quality.
Impressing the internal staff with their efficiency, the team worked through a particularly unique and complex portion of the site within a month. Their QA resources ensure that deliverables are thoroughly vetted for bugs before they are sent to the partner. They showed flexibility throughout.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I work as a developer within a small IT team at an industrial company. We’re always looking for consulting vendors to help us with our web development efforts, primarily while working with Magento for e-commerce sites.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Brainvire InfoTech?
We have a unique, highly-customized e-commerce site that was originally built in Magento 1 and later ported over to Magento 2. It took significant development work, so we were looking for vendors and that wasn’t afraid to tackle a complex task.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
We have a product selection tool that uses engineered calculations that interprets a customer’s needs depending on inputs. That’s unique to our site, so it was essential that it was translated correctly in Magento 2. They also added new functionalities and features to make the site more modern. That also includes ongoing maintenance.
What is the team composition?
On a regular basis, we’re working with about six individuals. They’ve been able to scale up or scale down as needed. We have one main point of contact that acts as a project manager. I typically interface with our project manager and the development team. We can work directly with their teams if needed.
How did you come to work with Brainvire InfoTech?
We met them at an e-commerce conference. Our partner at the time wasn’t the most flexible, so we engaged a few other vendors for the role. They seemed to be our most flexible option. Other companies wanted total control over development decisions, but they seemed more equipped to collaborate.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent roughly $25,000–$50,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in January 2018, and our collaboration is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
While the product selector portion of the project was very complex, they completed the task in record time. It took only about a month to get to testing, so that was a pretty big achievement. The quality of the product is very high, with a few bugs. We can tell that they thoroughly test it before sending it over to us.
How did Brainvire InfoTech perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re responsive to communication through Jira. Tasks are always done on time. We also have weekly calls, which are very helpful.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’ve offered unique flexibility compared to providers that we’ve worked with in the past. They can tackle any challenge, even if it involves adapting to changing scope. Work increases and decreases, but they’re always able to accommodate our needs. Their flexibility gives them a leg up on other vendors.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Sometimes communication can be an issue with offshore teams, but we make sure to heavily user Jira to track projects.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
With any offshore team, it’s important to prioritize communication between the different time zones. They’ve been accommodating, but it’s still important to use a project management tool to make things seamless. Set a schedule to meet your goals before starting out on the project.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the chief of staff of a commercial real estate investment firm.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Brainvire Infotech Inc?
We’ve been creating an app for investors and a personal website for the chairman of the company.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
The application will allow investors to look at their investments on a handheld device. They can see what’s coming within in the company or what previous investments they’ve had. Everything is at their fingertips. This also provides them with quarterly reports and any other reporting that they need. Brainvire Infotech Inc has been the main developer that has created this app for us. They’ve worked side-by-side with me personally.
Their team has worked out the logistics behind the app and ensured investors can view vital information accurately displayed in a clear and aesthetically-pleasing way. They’ve also been working with our chairman’s personal website, helping him to spread the vision of the company. There’s also been some content writing and video editing involved.
What is the team composition?
I’ve spoken to 3–4 people for the app development project. There are more staffers working on the backend and behind the scenes that I don’t know about. With the website, there are six people on the team. There is some overlap there.
How did you come to work with Brainvire Infotech Inc?
We’ve contracted work from them before and have always been pleased. Our comfort level with them was high; we knew what route they’d take and we’d seen their products before.
What is the status of this engagement?
The engagement began in August 2019. The project is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They pride themselves on quality and ensure that they can give the customer exactly what is needed. We have no qualms in terms of quality. They’re very communicative and effective. They’ve been up to date with every task.
How did Brainvire Infotech Inc perform from a project management standpoint?
They use Jira. Through this, they are able to juggle the development projects. There’s no difficulty with communication, even if they are in a different time zone. Every time we need a call, they’re quick to pick up the phone and figure out what we need. Quality and communication have been great.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I think they’re a very innovative company. They have strong minds on their team. When we’ve come up with an idea of how to do something, they often have a solution or have an improved idea. It’s a continuously growing quality.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I’ve wanted to use email less often. We wanted to minimize what gets lost in email communication. That’s why I applaud their use of Jira.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Working with them is great, but it requires patience at the beginning. If you expect something to be done quickly, they put a lot of dedication and importance, so they’re not going to give you a product immediately.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the president of CGETC Inc. which is an e-commerce shop out of Los Angeles. We’ve since extending our offerings to fulfillment and logistics for overseas companies.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Brainvire Infotech?
We brought Brainvire Infotech in to handle a custom ERP development project in addition to some web development tasks.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
They provided web and ERP development. Because of the unique nature of our expanding business, we needed a customized ERP solution that would work seamlessly between our logistics and e-commerce business. They’ve implemented custom software to integrate the two aspects of our business.
What is the team composition?
I have direct work experience with about six people from their team. That includes two project managers, one for the web frontend and one for the ERP software. There were also two supervising developers, one for each end of the project. Additionally, we worked with a salesperson.
How did you come to work with Brainvire Infotech?
When I first met them, I was actively looking for a development company to be my partner. We interviewed several companies but enjoyed how their salesperson came into our office for a meeting from India. With that, I got a firsthand experience with their company and a solid understanding of what they could do for us. That meeting was the deciding factor for me.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent about $75,000 with them at this point.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in November 2018, and our teams are still working together.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The quality of the work is very high because their team is knowledgeable about the technical and business processes of our work. We appreciated being able to work with an account manager who understands the business process.
With other providers, we’ve ended up with exclusively developers, who can’t always bring in that business understanding. Our project manager has been able to communicate technical information to us effectively, making the process more streamlined.
How did Brainvire Infotech perform from a project management standpoint?
We’ve been using Jira to track our progress and report any bugs as they arise.
What did you find most impressive about them?
In my time working with development companies, I’ve never had a more attentive salesperson. They continuously check in with us to make sure we’re doing well, asking for feedback on their work. I really appreciate that attention to detail. That’s pretty rare in this business.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Sometimes our different time zones can be a bit of a challenge, but they’ve been more than accommodating.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
It’s important to know exactly what you want and what your expectations are. If you have all of that laid out, you should be good to go.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder of an app development company.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Brainvire Infotech Inc?
We wanted to outsource some of our development needs to an offshore company. Price was the main component, since American companies are typically more expensive.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Brainvire Infotech Inc helps us with mobile and web app development.
What is the team composition?
We work with five people total, including a project manager, a marketer, and three developers.
How did you come to work with Brainvire Infotech Inc?
I found them on a freelancing website.
What is the status of this engagement?
We’ve been working together for about five years, and it’s ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’re very pleased with their work and continue to use them. They do exactly what they say they’re doing to do and build apps that work. Whether or not the app is successful isn’t on them.
How did Brainvire Infotech Inc perform from a project management standpoint?
They’ve been great. They actually have to encourage me to have our weekly meetings; they want to go over everything they’ve done and address our concerns, which I really like.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Right now, I’m super happy with the project manager that we have. I also like the fact that Chintan (President & CEO, Brainvire Infotech Inc) often visits his clients in America. If anything needs to get back to his level, he fixes the situation. He’s really good at holding his team accountable.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There’s a little room for improvement with their English, but they communicate very well via email. It’s great that I can send something at night and then when I wake up, it’s done. I like the hours that they work. We’ve used them for several projects, so I’m certainly not one to complain about it.
Any advice for potential customers?
For anyone who’s about to go offshore for the first time, there’s a learning curve. Offshore companies have different cultures and speak different languages. As long as you’re patient and go in with realistic expectations, you should have a very pleasant experience.

Brainvire Infotech helped a company migrate a jewelry website from ASP.NET to Magento. After multiple vendors failed, Brainvire Infotech took over the project and assigned a team of outsourced developers.
Their team has a strong understanding of the jewelry business and a professional approach. Brainvire took the time to invest and dedicate themselves to the project. Their communication was very strong. They have the capacity to handle many different types of development.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I work for an umbrella company called JMK Holdings. We control a few sites that focus on men’s wedding bands. The biggest website we have is called Larson Jewelers. I am the project manager and creative director, which puts me in charge of the Larson Jewelers website. I’m also in charge of photography and editing.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Brainvire Infotech Inc?
We’ve been in the process of migrating our website from an ASP.NET storefront to Magento 2. It’s common for that transition to be quite rough. We'd gone through multiple vendors before starting with Brainvire.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Brainvire took over the project after we had switched between 4–5 different companies. They cleaned up the frontend of the website. Their team also took care of big issues with the product data and customer data that the previous developer messed up. They corrected the scope of the project.
Currently, they help with the Magento 2 migration process for our websites. They are going to transition two new websites in the near future.
What is the team composition?
I’d say 10–15 people work with me directly. There are also people working behind the scenes.
How did you come to work with Brainvire Infotech Inc?
We met them at the Magento Imagine conference in Las Vegas. Their knowledge of the jewelry market was key. Other developers didn’t understand how the jewelry industry functions. Brainvire has direct connections with companies in the jewelry industry. They’ve been to jewelry conferences and are familiar with that environment.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent between $50,000–$100,000 on the project thus far.
What is the status of this engagement?
The project began in September 2019 and is still ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They understood jewelry very well and were able to translate that knowledge into code. The other providers didn’t understand the business analysis of our product. They took the time to learn about our company.
How did Brainvire Infotech Inc perform from a project management standpoint?
They are way better than anyone we’ve worked with. We’ve worked with a project manager who is on-point with reports and tracking the updates we need. They were always on schedule, which was great. We used Jira, Confluence, and Basecamp. Jira was the primary tool we used.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They have a lot of available resources. If you need an expert on something that wasn’t a part of the initial skills outline, they will go out of there way to find someone who can get the work done. At some point, we needed someone to work in C# for us, and they were able to locate someone, which was really helpful.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I think everything went smoothly this time. Maybe we work through emails quicker than them, but I think that’s mainly due to the time difference with their crew members that are based in India.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I would lay out the way that your business works before starting work with them.
