transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the director of IT of Encore Enterprises, a commercial real estate investment company.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Brainvire Infotech Inc?
We have about 600 investors in our company who have invested in several projects. We had been struggling with our current CRM, which helps us track down investor issues and get more investors. We were looking for a more customized solution to meet our needs.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Our initial CRM was built with Navatar, and Brainvire Infotech Inc took that CRM and totally customized it according to our needs. They studied our current process and heard our pain points and what we wanted to do. Based on that, they gave us feedback. They were involved in design as well.
They looked at what we couldn’t do with the current CRM and heard our business processes. Then they developed and tested a solution and presented it back to us.
Based out of SugarCRM, our new CRM is customized to our needs. Brainvire Infotech Inc does all kinds of customizations and programming for us. They supported our migration from Salesforce as well as development.
What is the team composition?
We worked with six or seven people in total, including a lead business analyst, developers, testers, and a couple of business analysts. I had a primary point of contact.
How did you come to work with Brainvire Infotech Inc?
One of our mutual friends suggested them. I was already going to India to outsource some of my technical support, but we weren’t looking for a new CRM. When I went there and saw their operations, it was very much like what we have here in our office. Their working hours and their culture are very similar to ours. When we saw their products and their ability to customize a CRM based on our needs, we were really excited.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent $80,000–$100,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in May 2019 and the work is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They take a lot of interest in understanding what our current processes are rather than just doing what we wanted. They had their business analysts study our current business processes and our software, and then came up with their own ideas and gave us suggestions. They were more than just a service provider—they were our partner as well.
They wanted to make sure the final product helps us manage our investors and provides our sales team with more ammunition to go out and reach more investors. Our investor relations team was also excited because a lot of the things we wanted to do digitally weren’t available in the initial CRM. All in all, it had a positive impact on our business and the way we do our business day-to-day.
How did Brainvire Infotech Inc perform from a project management standpoint?
They were very meticulous about every detail. They created all the documentation, capturing every field, every detail, every conversation, and every meeting. They documented everything in Jira. Whenever there was a question or confusion, my team could see everything. They did a terrific job with project management.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their attitude and knowledge of the business are impressive. They took it on as their own and they were really proactive in reaching out to us. They were always available to be on a call day, night, or weekend. They were as excited as we were about our product development.
Are there any areas they could improve?
This isn’t a criticism from my side, but I’d like to see more onsite visits to discuss some of the critical things. They already have sent people to our office three or four times.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Once you engage them, they will be behind you and things will move fast. They will look out for you and keep asking you the questions until they get the answers. I suggest doing your homework. Get your answers ready.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
We have a booking and event management app with options for public and private events.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Brainvire Infotech Inc?
They’re developing our mobile app.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
They’re helping us build a cross-platform app for iOS and Android. We’re also going to have an informative website, although one without any user-facing functionality.
Our options for public events include booking for concerts, workshops, and seminars. Users can create their own private event and invite guests. We also have an option to check-in at the event on social media and send direct messages to other guests. The check-in requires the user to be physically present at the ticket with their seat or ticket.
They started from scratch, but I gave them a wireframe just to help them get an idea of what I want. They’ve designed the UI and they’re working on coding. Right now, they're working on the payment gateway, but it's been kind of a struggle because we have different finance laws in Kuwait. For example, in Kuwait, we cannot pay or receive money on PayPal. We have to contact a local business and they have to use their code and implement it in the application. Dealing with more than one party has been an issue, but Brainvire Infotech Inc has been such a help.
What is the team composition?
My main point of contact is Ravikant (Senior Business Analyst, Brainvire Infotech Inc), the project manager. I’ve also worked with their financial team, and I met with the CEO when he came to Kuwait. I think they have about 15 developers.
How did you come to work with Brainvire Infotech Inc?
My partner was working on a separate app with them, so he recommended them. I saw their work and loved it, so I chose them.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent $50,000–$100,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in June 2019 and the engagement is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Their quality is top-notch. They’re also great at putting up with the things I need. For example, I’m working with a local studio that will create the brand identity, the theme, and the color scheme. We haven't locked everything in yet because I’m waiting for the studio to provide me with those things before I give it back to Brainvire Infotech Inc. Then they’ll have to work with it and integrate the UI.
Also, we were working on a corporate G-suite account, and Google requires a lot of information from us because of the different rules in Kuwait. It’s been a hassle to just create an account, so Brainvire asked us to send them the credentials and offered to create it on our behalf.
How did Brainvire Infotech Inc perform from a project management standpoint?
It’s been amazing. We communicate through Skype, Google calls, and emails. My partner went to India and met with the team over there. They’re available 24/7 and it’s easy to get in touch. They always provide updates.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their speed is amazing. I was originally going to work with a local company here in Kuwait, and they told me that it would take six months to create the application with them. With Brainvire Infotech Inc, it’s been hard for me to keep up with them because they're going so quickly.
Are there any areas they could improve?
We’ve discussed our need for continuous services following the app development. If they opened an office in Kuwait, it would help us, and I think they're willing to do that. They have over a dozen offices around the world. It's pretty convenient to work with them in every way possible. I like everything about them.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Keep up with them and stay in contact 24/7. Make sure you have the time to work with them.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CTO of a national retail chain.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Brainvire Infotech Inc?
In light of the rapid growth of our day-to-day operations, we needed to modernize our outdated technology assets.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Brainvire worked to revamp our technological footprint. They conducted an analysis of our different requirements as well as a system comparison. Previously, we had Ionic- and Cordova-based applications, but the team helped us recode those apps in React Native. Using Odoo and Magento, they also translated our legacy LAMP system into a structured and scalable ERP.
What is the team composition?
There are three teams—comprised of 19 people—working on our project: an Odoo team, a Magento team, and our existing technology team. They all collaborate on the mobile aspect of the project. I’m using an onsite-offshore model, where I have a couple of their teammates working in my office.
They engage with the system users to understand the tasks at hand. Then, they work with the offshore team to determine what needs to be developed. They’ve become the project-coordinators.
How did you come to work with Brainvire Infotech Inc?
I was initially seeking Odoo implementation for our ERP. I went through roughly a half dozen vendors from Odoo’s website before finally choosing Brainvire Infotech Inc. Most of the other vendors wanted to go for the enterprise-level implementation while I was seeking open-source work. Brainvire was also a cost-effective option.
How much have you invested with them?
$150,000-$180,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in March 2019 and the work is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
In the ongoing engagement, they’ve been able to complement my existing technology stack and support it on an ongoing basis. I’m very satisfied with what they’re producing as they meet the requirements given to them.
They’ve been spot-on 95% of the time (the remaining 5% includes things that get lost in translation and transition). They’re very proactive and flexible in managing issues.
Their expertise helps us define the roadmap in terms of where we’re going and how we can expand our digital footprint.
How did Brainvire Infotech Inc perform from a project management standpoint?
They have an internally-managed project management team and they’ve been punctual in terms of what needs to be provided. They’ve been working well with our own project management protocols. As our PM tools, we utilize Axosoft, Slack, Microsoft Project Plan, Excel, Odoo’s documentation portal, and Google Suite.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I have relied on their ability to provide the bench strength required. When we transitioned from Google Maps to Mapbox recently, we had an aggressive timeline. They gave me a fixed rate and were able to deliver on time, within budget, and with very minimal issues.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They work in a staff augmentation model and are not really comfortable taking risks. I’m very happy with their work though.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
It can become very difficult if you don’t have anybody on-site managing the communication. If you really want to have success, my recommendation is to have somebody from Brainvire Infotech Inc or somebody in-house managing the offshore team full-time.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO of a craft product company.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Brainvire Infotech Inc?
I needed assistance with PPC and SEO.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Brainvire Infotech Inc crafted a systematic PPC strategy for our business. We also fixed some challenges we were having on Shopify and how we were recording. For SEO, we’ve mainly worked with their team on fixing backlinks from a ranking perspective.
What is the team composition?
Our main point of contact manages our project resources. His digital team lead sometimes jumps in on our weekly check-in.
How did you come to work with Brainvire Infotech Inc?
I found Brainvire Infotech Inc through their booth at IRCE, an annual conference in Chicago. I selected them because they would handle both PPC and SEO at a competitive price.
How much have you invested with them?
So far, we’ve invested between $25,000–$50,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our engagement with Brainvire Infotech Inc began in October 2018.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve tracked the PPC metrics closely, and have seen an increase on Google Ads and Google Analytics, depending on the month. We’ve seen similar results on Facebook.
How did Brainvire Infotech Inc perform from a project management standpoint?
Brainvire Infotech is responsive, making adjustments for us when needed. We’re a high-touch client, and I hired someone to work with them and manage the process. We’re always in touch. My team reviews any ad copy that they draft before it goes live. As far as executing campaigns, they are on top of all of the work they have to do. I recommend Brainvire Infotech Inc’s services.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I was impressed with the breadth of skillsets their team has. They can handle the challenges we’ve had with SEO and reporting. Their team also set up AB testing for us. Not everyone on our marketing team has that technical background. We appreciate having someone to bounce ideas off of.
Are there any areas they could improve?
At times, they could be better at thought leadership. They also could be more metric oriented when it comes to reporting and working with ad copy. Their team is working on that though.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
At the beginning of an engagement, I recommend micromanaging them a bit. Once you understand how they work, you can lay off. It helps to understand their process and relay what your expectations are. We have a reporting structure for metrics that are discussed each week. I recommend having a weekly meeting too.

While the development is ongoing, the process of working with Brainvire Infotech Inc has been smooth. Their team possesses the necessary technical expertise and project management skills to create a quality product. They are available, supportive, and detail-oriented.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the co-founder of Finocart, a FinTech startup.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Brainvire Infotech Inc??
We wanted to develop a supply chain financing and vendor financing platform and needed someone to completely develop the platform. Because the FinTech market has a lot of liquidity crunch, vendors and suppliers are having a real pain in getting the working capital financed from banks in India and it’s impacting their cash conversion cycle.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Brainvire Infotech Inc developed our website. They did the wireframing, designing, complete flow, and development. They included key functionalities we wanted, including a section for buyers and sellers to discount their invoices within the platform and give vendors the ability to get their invoices and money early.
I provide the business logic to the teams. They are very proactive and supply their professionalism as well. I like that they applied their intelligence.
What is the team composition?
There’s a business analyst who takes all my requirements and a very senior guy who overlooks the complete team and coordinates on the UI side, testing side, and scalability perspective. There are two developers, two testing guys, and a designer.
How did you come to work with Brainvire Infotech Inc?
They were referred from a family member. I looked at Google Reviews and their website. The advantage of Brainvire Infotech Inc was that they have done similar projects in the past.
How much have you invested with them?
We have invested about $200,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our ongoing engagement with Brainvire Infotech Inc began in January 2019.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We have worked in several phases and all the phases are coming out well. They have a good technical team.
How did Brainvire Infotech Inc? perform from a project management standpoint?
Brainvire Infotech Inc has good project management skills. We have regular interaction with them through Asana. Our teams continue to brainstorm on any improvements we can continue to do. The team is very supportive and always picks up my call at any time of the day. Brainvire Infotech Inc meets the timelines they set.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I notice a big difference between Brainvire Infotech Inc and other companies I’ve worked with. They’re much more process-oriented. They document the flows, how the screens will look, and all the designs.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, there’s been no difficulty. When I give them a task, it goes very smoothly. Brainvire Infotech Inc works very efficiently.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
They have a team with very good experience and exposure. Be clear on what it is you want and Brainvire Infotech Inc will be the best team to go with.

Brainvire Infotech Inc updated and improved a website. Their services included speed optimization, adding a site dashboard and visitor tracking, improving email service, and updating typography and fonts.
Their optimization efforts have increased both the number of website visitors and the average time per visit, along with conversions and quality leads. In addition, they’ve cut the bounce rate nearly in half for Google Ads and other PPC campaigns. Brainvire Infotech Inc is a detail-oriented team and they’re accountable for their milestones.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the e-commerce operation head at Sunny Diamonds, which is India’s first standalone diamond company.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Brainvire Infotech Inc?
There were a lot of issues with the inconsistency of our website’s speed and functionality. We needed to increase our conversion rate as well. We decided to move forward with another agency and a branding team so we could maintain brand consistency and better performance with the website.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
We gave them a project plan and once we approved their plan, they implemented the changes into the website. Those changes included adding the site dashboard, tracking cart usage, adding visitor tracking to the website, enabling follow-up emails, updating the typography, font style, and everything on the website.
They did speed optimization and it brought the consistency and security to the website, including CloudWatch and Cloudflare. They also collected product level reviews. There are a lot of solutions that we’re receiving from them.
What is the team composition?
There are 10 people.
How did you come to work with Brainvire Infotech Inc?
We prepared a request for proposal for several companies. We looked at their services and availability. We got a really good response from Brainvire Infotech Inc. after finding them online and hearing about them through word of mouth. Some of my other clients also work with them.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent $35,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in February 2019 and the work is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The website user interaction rate has increased. The average number of website visits and the time people spend on the website has increased by 3.5 seconds per minute. Brainvire Infotech Inc improved the bounce rate of the campaigns that we’re doing for Google Ads. Previously, when we had a campaign on Google, we were receiving almost an 80-90% bounce rate for Google and paid campaigns. For the moment, we’re receiving only a 40-50% bounce rate, which is brilliant. They also increased conversions and quality leads.
How did Brainvire Infotech Inc perform from a project management standpoint?
Their project management is perfect. There were some communication issues at the start on our side, but we smoothed it out. They were able to provide all the project management tools like Jira. They also provided detailed task timesheets of what they had done.
We set up milestones. If they were unable to complete the task, they’d add more resources to the team in order to complete the projects on time. They did that without asking us and didn’t charge it to the billing cycle. They’re a hardworking team.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They were strict with their deadlines and worked hard to ensure that the milestones were met, specifically with regard to speed optimization.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There’s nothing they could have changed.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Plan proactively what you want to achieve. Have a clear-cut plan in mind.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO of EZlytix LLC. We offer managed analytics services for mid-market organizations.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Brainvire Infotech Inc?
Because we’re a relatively small team, we engaged Brainvire Infotech to help us develop a custom configuration app that would complement our analytics solution.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Brainvire Infotech Inc built a lightweight custom app for our analytics solution. We started by sharing a proof of concept with them. Then, their business analysts worked with our team to understand the exact requirements and conceptualize any additional features.
Based on that discovery phase, they recommended the best technologies (e.g., .NET) to build out our app before designing the initial wireframes and integrating it with our proprietary analytics solution. The app makes it easier for us to transfer information back and forth through configuration changes.
What is the team composition?
I worked with two main points of contact, including a business analyst and a tech lead. But, I’m sure that they had more resources working in the background.
How did you come to work with Brainvire Infotech Inc?
A mutual friend introduced us, so we considered them along with other companies. Brainvire Infotech Inc’s heavy presence in the offshore development community made it pretty easy for us to go with them.
Additionally, they often had resources traveling between locations, so I was able to bring some of their staff on site during critical milestones. This helped smooth out communication while still being a cost-effective option for me.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent roughly $155,000 on this project. Our company decided on the budget upfront with no negotiation, so they had to figure out solutions that would fit within our budget.
What is the status of this engagement?
Their work lasted from January–June 2019. We only had six months to finish the project, so it was a tight deadline.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Despite the short timeframe, Brainvire Infotech Inc delivered the project on schedule. One of the key things I was worried about was time lost due to unnecessary back and forth. I made it a point to set the stage up front, insisting that they supply a QA resource to fully test everything before delivery. Their team did just that, which significantly saved us time on testing and retesting the app.
How did Brainvire Infotech Inc perform from a project management standpoint?
I wasn’t involved in day-to-day project management. Instead, their team managed everything, from the timeline to the task at hand. They had effective status reports and weekly project calls, both of which allowed us to address issues while giving feedback in a timely fashion. It was a great way to prevent us from becoming a bottleneck in the delivery.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I was impressed that they had access to such a wide number of resources. Since we were on a time crunch, we needed to add more people to the project to deliver everything on time. Brainvire Infotech Inc was flexible enough to scale their team up and down so that we could stay on track without burning our budget.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I’m sure there were some minor things, but nothing jumps out to me, right now.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
It’s extremely important to tighten up the scope of work before starting any project. For us, we wanted to make sure that both parties were on the same page. The team dynamic is also critical, especially when working with on- or offshore companies. Take the time to interview their resources to make sure you’ve found the right people.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m a vice president of a machinery dealer. We procure and sell user metalworking equipment around the world.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Brainvire Infotech Inc?
We’ve had a DOS-based CRM platform since we began our company in 1991. The system was becoming outdated and difficult to support. We wanted to convert it to a custom web-based platform.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Brainvire Infotech Inc redeveloped our customer and inventory management platform, moving from a DOS system to a Microsoft Azure system. We use the platform to track inventory, manage customer relations, and maintain a contact database. It includes custom tools as well as standard industry products to integrate our old system’s data into the new one.
The Brainvire team came out to our office to learn our previous platform and how we used it. After taking a tremendous amount of notes, they created wireframes and screenshots of the potential system. The timeline got extended due to delays on our end, but the project still went faster and more efficiently than those I’ve had with other development companies.
What is the team composition?
We worked with 3–4 people.
How did you come to work with Brainvire Infotech Inc?
Someone in the IT sector recommended Brainvire Infotech Inc. After looking them up online and checking out references, I reached out and got an immediate response. We set up an in-person meeting with Chintan (President & CEO, Brainvire Infotech Inc) and his development team in New York. After that, our team spent hours together developing a scope before we even signed an engagement letter. Once we both thoroughly understood what we wanted to build, we signed on Brainvire Infotech Inc.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent about $150,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
The project lasted from December 2017 through July 2019.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The platform has launched. We’ve fully migrated all our data from the old system, and we’ve ironed out most of the bugs we experienced in the first few weeks. At this point, everything works. Brainvire Infotech Inc has provided excellent support for their scope of work since we went live.
The quality of their work is excellent. Brainvire Infotech Inc demonstrates an in-depth technical background. We only had to help them a bit in designing the frontend and the system’s look and feel. Other than that, they were very, very good.
How did Brainvire Infotech Inc perform from a project management standpoint?
Brainvire Infotech Inc put in place a fast timeline and did their best to stick to it. Most delays came from our end—we often took time to make decisions and take pauses before moving to the next phase. We could have gone live sooner, but we didn’t feel we were ready, and I think we made the right call.
We used GoToMeeting to check each other’s work. Our communication was otherwise through email and calls.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The team was highly available from start to finish. Even the CEO responds immediately to my messages. Chintan also made several visits to our office in person. When we weren’t ready to move forward in certain phases, he talked to his team on our behalf to get them on track with our expectations. Overall, we’re happy we went with Brainvire Infotech Inc over our other options.
Are there any areas they could improve?
We had some misunderstandings at the beginning of the project about what the wireframes represented. Eventually, after multiple change requests that came at an additional cost, we were happy with the results. Brainvire Infotech Inc was understanding and flexible throughout the process.
Any advice for potential customers?
Make sure you and Brainvire Infotech Inc are on the same page in the proposal and scope stage of the work. Also, be prepared to move a quick pace. You can push back, and they’ll accommodate you, but be ready to answer questions early on.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder of Krome Technology LLC, a consulting organization.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Brainvire Infotech Inc?
One of our U.S.-based clients needed a visualization tool developed from scratch. They had evaluated a lot of other tools available in the market, but they wanted to build something on their own.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
They developed and designed the visualization tool, which consisted of all the charts for analytical solutions. I gave them the business requirements and they built the solution in Java. It had a multi-payment feature which would allow clients to assign the reports or the dashboards based on their organizational hierarchy.
The vice president of sales wanted to evaluate the personas of the sales reps working under him and then he would be able to see the performance of all the team members. The individual salesperson would be able to see the business analysis for the region he’s responsible for. There’s an export functionality and sharing of the dashboards and KPIs with other users in the system.
What is the team composition?
I was coordinating with their manager. He oversaw a team of 10 people, including UI designers and other designers, developers, and testers.
How did you come to work with Brainvire Infotech Inc?
I researched companies to work with us to build the solution. I shortlisted Brainvire Infotech Inc along with three other competitors. I had each of them build a proof of concept (POC) for me. Based on their expertise, we finalized with Brainvire Infotech Inc. They were closest to what I was looking for.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent $90,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in June 2018 until March 2019.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They did an excellent job building a tool according to our requirements. They were very professional in their approach, understanding my requirements and providing lots of ideas. They came up with 30% of the solutions on their side. The final outcome of the engagement included additional features that they had suggested. My client was extremely happy.
They took a very detail-oriented approach. I didn’t have any major issues during my unit testing because they had already shared all the user cases, the case scenarios, the case results with me when they delivered them to my team for testing. The user testing of the tool went extremely smoothly. When I delivered it to clients, there were absolutely no issues when they tested the product.
How did Brainvire Infotech Inc perform from a project management standpoint?
We used to evaluate the project status weekly with the project manager, the technical lead, and the entire team on the call. They were always up to date before the scheduled call. There were no delays from their side, and the entire project was completed within the time frame. Everything was well-managed. I monitored the entire process on a weekly basis.
The CEO is extremely approachable. Whenever I had any particular request, he was always there to help me out and talk to his team. They sometimes worked more than 14-15 hours per day just to meet deadlines.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re always available any time of the day or night and they’re extremely professional. We always worked as a team.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No. I am looking forward to engaging with them for all of my future projects.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
They know what to deliver and what is expected. They’re extremely professional about their process.
