• At this stage, action will be required from the sponsor's designer to display the product's payment forms in the same style as the site.
• Final Site Implementation and Delivery: Once all necessary tests have been completed, the corresponding deployment will proceed, leaving the new system 100% functional on the productive site.

Additionally, we've collaborated with Braintly on credit decision-making processes, which improved our loan granting process, our core business. Working with a technical team experienced in Fintech has been highly valuable.

By having a simplified and improved operational flow, we have increased our efficiency as a company. This optimizes the time of each non-technical team member.

We measure how many clients inquire, attempt to obtain credit, and those who successfully receive it. We also set operational limits based on each client's profile, allowing us to better serve genuinely interested clients and provide them with the highest possible credit while managing risks.

We have also divided operations by regions within the country where we have representatives. This allows us to operate with external resources, reducing the need to open physical branches. By the way, since working with Braintly, we have opened the most branches in our history, made possible by technology, which has helped us increase our monthly revenue.

We also keep updated on our competitors online. This allows us to operate more credits with fewer resources. We issue an average of 20 credits per employee.

During the 8 years of working together we have gone through several milestones. Summing up in a few words. Native app for our sales force (first project), own CRM, responsive Web for the granting, qualification and self-management of our clients, 100% online Web for granting personal loans, API developments to connect services from external service providers. Agile methodologies were implemented, working in sprints and carrying out the relevant ceremonies to reach a successful conclusion.

Despite having ended the commercial relationship with Braintly, we continue to use and improve methodologies and practices that we apply together. Not to mention a better knowledge of our database and our business

The first years it was a one-to-one job in which urgent needs were addressed but it was difficult to have a long-term view, as time went by the team grew, reaching almost 15 people on the project. This led to being able to project, but delivery times were affected by different daily issues and communication between teams.

Over time, the relationships deteriorated, the economic context caused the number of collaborators to decrease, therefore the deliverables/deadlines were affected.

The project did start off rather slow in the beginning primarily due to under-scoping the overall engineering lift required. We lost around 1-2 months due to this. Once this was known, the team's response was fantastic! Not only did they go above and beyond to help us enhance what we were doing, they added additional team members to the project to regain momentum. We were in the market in just four months!

For example, we used Firebase; the team had never touched it before the project. Our journey with Braintly began in 2020 with the launch of their first digital store, which was initially focused on Buenos Aires. Over the next three months, they conducted a discovery process to better understand their goals, which ultimately led to the integration of Tupperware's sales representatives into their digital channel.

Tupperware's objective was not to cannibalize its customer base but to provide its representatives with more tools to reach a wider audience. To achieve this, Braintly implemented a Shopify Plus platform that was integrated with payment, logistics, and management platforms such as MercadoPago, Andreani, and JD Edwards. Braintly designed, developed, and implemented a dashboard for their entire sales force.
