What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Braghu Technology’s work improved our customer and internal support reply speeds by 20%. We measured this by comparing the average handling times before and after the implementation. We also tracked user engagement, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction to evaluate the project’s success.

How did Braghu Technology perform from a project management standpoint?

Braghu Technology delivered on time and even before the deadline. We had in-person meetings.
