What was the scope of their involvement?

Bracketmedia supplies custom WordPress development services. We use them on a strategic level for large, enterprise-level projects. They help plan resources through their quoting services. They serve as an outsourced function on web development when the project size and scope is right. We only use them in a coding capacity. 

What is the team composition?

I work with 3–5 people, including the two partners of the business, some project managers, and strategists.

They reached out to us while spending time in the US.

What is the status of this engagement?

The partnership started in January 2015 and is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Bracketmedia is responsive, reliable, and full of experts in their field. They move quickly and are process-oriented. They feel like a partner that fits in well with my team. They have been doing this for a long time and have seen a lot of different things. We appreciate their expertise.

How did Bracketmedia perform from a project management standpoint?

For a small company to rely on web development support, it’s very comforting. They have their own ticketing system, a project management dashboard, and a dedicated project manager. The team provides updates and can supply a budget estimate in advance, which helped me price things properly. Because they’re located in the Eastern time zone, we’re able to communicate in real-time as well.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Bracketmedia is really good at planning projects and resources so that the project will be completed on time. That’s a really important factor and something where they really excel.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Every company can improve, but they’re pros.
