They have done so, whilst implementing all our 'wish list' elements. What stood out, was that in the design stage they didn't limit their vision to what they knew was achievable.

In fact they designed quite a few elements, which in the development stage required an innovative approach. Despite that, the workflow was very effective and they kept delivering on time. The communication was easy, they made things very clear and even carried out a webinar on using and maintaining as well as editing our website.

The feedback loops (along with the comment functions) made a usually quite stressful process of verifying everything stress free. It was easy to achieve the desired final result. 4Kraft Sp. z o.o. is one of the fastest growing global manufacturers in the children products sector. The company has been operating since 2011 and systematically strives to take its position among leaders in the parenting industry. 4Kraft is the owner of the Kinderkraft and Kiddy brands. I'm a e-commerce specialist who was responsible for project management of the implementation of the Kiddy website.

Implementation of a new, refreshed and modern website on the Wordpress platform. The site was supposed to allow easy management of the site, allow, among other things, to add more language versions of the site on its own, and to transform it in the near future from informational to sales without rebuilding it

I contacted several companies. We chose the Necessary Brothers company primarily because of its professionalism and approach to the customer. A huge plus, too, was the ease of communication with the developers and their understanding of our needs.

Bracia Konieczni prepared an information page for us in two languages based on the provided graphic design (prototype). Designing the site assumed the use of a lot of animation and parallax so as to create a smooth, pleasant scrolling site. The difficulty arose from the wide variation in the length of words, words, paragraphs in the two languages. The site is built on the Wordpress engine. However, considering the graphic design and functionality of the website, we did not use ready-made page bilders, but relied on clean and optimized code, thus reducing the number of plug-ins to the necessary minimum. This way we got a website that works quickly, smoothly, is easy to use, and on top of that is practically trouble-free. In addition, during the course of the project, it was decided to add a new functionality to the site which is a Google map widget, allowing to search for the nearest stationary stores selling Kiddy products. The design of the map was adjusted by the developers to match the branding of the brand. In addition, the solution created by Konieczni Brothers allowed adding more points in an easy and intuitive way using Google Sheets.

Mateusz (co-owner/lead developer) was my main point of contact, but there were also another developer always on call. A few more people may have also worked on the project when we got close to launching the site, but I didn’t work with them directly.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After publishing a new web version of the site, our traffic increased by 50%. Customers really like our new website design, and they have a better understanding of our brand and individual products. With the use of many animations, videos and good quality, the site looks professional. The new site is responsive, which is key due to the significant contribution of mobile to traffic generation.

We communicate mainly using Slack. In addition, all tasks related to fixes or adding new functionality are added in Clickup. This allowed me to keep track of the status of the changes made, the estimated time for their completion or the person responsible for their implementation. In addition, we held periodic meetings with Matthew on Google Meet to summarize the next stages of the project or to plan larger tasks.

What definitely distinguishes working with Mateusz is his professionalism and approach to the customer. Meaning, I could ask their opinion and trusted that they would provide me with the best option.
