Braant transported us from a mixture of a manual system, which was poorly transferred by others to Sage, to an efficient, fully integrated Xero system, which was not easy due to the mixed records with Sage and not having previously fully committed to an online system. They gave us the confidence to make this transition and trained us with the new system, offering excellent backup and sending excellent bookkeepers to provide backup in our office when required.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are now fully digital, and the system has been designed to work to our needs. We have concise records and all of the information to hand at the touch of a button to make accurate informed decisions.

They were always there for us! From my very first conversation with one of their directors when I called just to ask a question about going digital with VAT - when he was so helpful and concise with his answers that I decided I had to call him back and make an appointment to meet with him to see how they could help us going forward - the best call I ever made - completely transformed our accounting system and held our hand all the way through the process

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They knew what they were talking about and treated us like their most special customer they wanted to help succeed. They match you to the members of their team who are most experienced in your type of business, which is a great asset and are always available to talk you through anything you don't fully understand or want to explore more deeply before committing. 

Even though they knew changing my complete system to Xero was the right move for our company, they never pushed us into anything. They just provided all the information and reasons it would work and helped us make that informed decision, which was quite a leap from our previous systems. 

They are also straightforward and honest, which, unfortunately, is not easy to find these days. Any queries are always dealt with fairly and resolved, and e-mails and telephone calls are always returned very quickly - they are always there for you.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Braant Accounting could have done differently?

No, I am very happy with them and think they really enhance my business - they are extremely professional but somehow maintain that personal approach.
