RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve created spreadsheets to track how many frameworks and tender opportunities BOX3 has provided to us. We’ve also improved our internal processes and are now able to track the frameworks and tender opportunities much easier.

How did BOX3 perform from a project management standpoint?

They always deliver on time. We communicate via virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

BOX3’s skill set is hugely impressive. The quick turnaround in meetings has also been really useful.
