I’m the director of sales and partnerships for Video Walls By VOX, a company that creates video walls for businesses, churches, hotels, and more across Oklahoma, Texas, and Missouri.

What challenge were you trying to address with Boiling Point Media?

We needed a website for our new video wall division.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Boiling Point Media has created a 10-page website for us. The team has written the content, taken pictures, and built and published the site. Boiling Point Media has also started SEO work and a Google Ads campaign. Boiling Point Media has approved all written content, visual content, and final page layouts before the website went live.

How did you come to work with Boiling Point Media?

Boiling Point Media had worked with a friend of mine, and they created a nice website. When I went online, I saw more examples of work with clients that I recognized. The team had very good reviews, so we gave them a chance.

How much have you invested with them?

So far, we’ve spent less than $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Boiling Point Media in September 2024, and our engagement is ongoing as they manage the SEO and our Google Ads campaigns. We have also added several pages to the website since it went live.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Boiling Point Media has submitted each page as it was built. The team has made all the changes I’ve requested. The website looks great, and Boiling Point Media is still managing and optimizing it for SEO. The site ranks pretty well in Oklahoma, Texas, and Missouri, and we’ve received many jobs off of it. We probably get 1–2 sales off the website each month and another 3–5 jobs each month from Google Ads. Before the website was built, it wasn’t ranked at all. Now, it shows up on the first or second page for most search queries.

How did Boiling Point Media perform from a project management standpoint?

Boiling Point Media’s team are complete professionals. The website has been delivered on time, and the team has done everything they’ve been asked to do. Boiling Point Media has exceeded my expectations. We communicate via in-person meetings and email or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Boiling Point Media also has a film studio. This has helped us create several videos for the website straight in their office. The film team has also helped with graphic work on the site, contributing to making our site stunning.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren’t any.
