It's newly opened manufacturing company and I am one of the partner in that company.

For what projects/services did your company hire Bluelook:Web & mobile app development?

Our company hired Bluelook Technologies to do the website for our new business.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I've been told by other institutions that this vendor is doing well, completing projects in the time allotted, and is more patient and sincere about the work.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We met with the Bluelook company to talk about the design theme, the contents, the payment, and other issues. Following our meeting, Bluelook shared a sample website link with us. We reviewed the link and provided feedback. Later, they created other things in response to our feedback. Regarding the payment portion, we initially provided a certain percentage as an initial payment before paying the project's total in three instalments.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

In total,we worked with 3 resources.

• One resource was in charge of UI design
• one was in charge of the backend
• one was in charge of the front end

We received a one-week trial period, and they performed their work admirably and completed it ahead of schedule.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Overall design looks good and it's user friendly and it is more then what we have expected. We are getting good feedback from the visitors on our site. Additionally, the proprietor of the Bluelook company was a warm, creative, and devoted individual. We'd like to give that organisation future projects.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project manager was easy to communicate and provided us daily updates through mail. We had one to one meetings frequently to get the updates and share the feedback with them. We have received the finalized work before the deadline. Really had a nice experience working with Bluelook organization. We would like to continue working with them.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were kind and understanding while we were getting our bearings, and we appreciated that. We've worked with other organisations, but I felt that Bluelook has good working experience and positive attitudes toward the work compared to them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I had 100% statisfication on my work and I don't have any negative feedback /areas of improvement to share.
