Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Designing, developing, launching and supporting a web application for regulatory form filling, including a dashboard and several areas for varying purposes. This also included process flows, where our organisation could operate the process within the system itself, such as approvals, automated emails and assessments. 

Key deliverables were:

• Designing a system that met the process flow objectives
• Developing the system to specific parameters, flow charts and with multiple user types
• Assisting in data migration and development of the database
• Testing and launching app online

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Reduced administration, allowing reduction in cost of regulation. Greater access and trustworthyness of data reporting. Reliability of service with no downtime since launch. Satisfaction of stakeholders, with greater numbers reporting satisfaction of service.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The team were highly efficient, punctual and effective. We have been very impressed with their professionalism and understanding of our needs, adjusting the approach to fit the circumstance. There was excellent communication, and very quick response times to any issues. While there were some delays to the project, this was not due to the company, but due to unforseen work which was identified early, resulting in a smooth and succesful transition from the old to new systems.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive feature was the ability to understand who we are as a company, and find solutions that best fit our needs. Their initial stages of the process, to understand us, was instrumental in the sucess of the project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Blue Frontier could have done differently?

The only suggestion, would be in the testing phase, to work a bit closer with the customer to help understand the best ways to test out the system. I think a few of the issues on launch, which were quickly resolved, may have been avoided in the testing phase with some guidance as to things to look out for. However, this is in light of being very impressed overall with the service.
