Introduce your business and what you do there.

I own a few companies, including the New England Tennis Center, an indoor tennis facility around New England. I’m also a director at Nike Sports Camps.

What challenge were you trying to address with Blue Bumble Creative?

As my company grows, I find that I’m not capable of managing all of the multiple facets of the business. As a result, I’ve hired Blue Bumble to outsource some work to their team.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Blue Bumble helps me with my marketing needs. The team does promotional, design, and content work. They also collaborate with my other vendor if I need materials to send over to that vendor or vice versa. They essentially serve as the main point of contact for everything that I do.

They’ve done a lot of work in terms of promotional materials, such as digital ads, print ads, business cards, and fliers. They also help me with promotional T-shirts and other products. On top of that, Blue Bumble has also designed logos not only for me but also for my wife’s business.

What is the team composition?

Jen (Senior Creative Account Manager) serves as the project manager; she’s also my main point of contact. I deal directly with her, and she’s also the main point person for any other vendors that work with me and my businesses.

I had a few meetings with them about my business and in which areas I needed assistance. From there, Jen, her team, and I made the decision to work together to move forward.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested more than $200,000.

We started working together in September 2015, and the relationship is ongoing.
